Neighborhood Overview: Boavista is the financial area of the city. We can find all kind of offer related to a day by day life within a distance of 100m. The "Casa da Música" is very unique and special building created by the architect Rem Koolhaas for "Porto European Capital of the Culture 2001" event and is now the best place for you to attend a concert, make a guided visit or for a workshop. Check the site! Boavista roundabout has a very nice garden with garden seats, where we can easily find some yoga exercises, meditation and nature connection. The metro is 100 m away from the penthouse and we have bus stop towards everywhere in the city, including to the beach.

Notes: The listing shows the price for 1 night/8 persons. The whole space is physically divided in 2 independent apartments. The advantage is that both are neighbors and both are the only houses on this top floor.

Transit: We can find plenty of paid parking around with a very friendly value. During the weekend and weekly from 7pm to 9am it is for free.
