Neighborhood Overview: Sai Ying Pun, a traditional neighbourhood of Hong Kong is now home to many of HK's best eateries. Although the area is now clearly product of gentrification, it still has a lot of the old school charm it is famous for - traditional businesses abound. There are four hip restaurants right next to the building; Potato Head is right opposite the building. A few minutes' walk up to the High St will find yourselves in the middle of a popular evening hangout spot with many bars and restaurants. A French wine shop/bar is one of my personal favourites. The area is very close to Central yet far enough from the choas to wind down after a long day. You can truly have your cake and eat it in Sai Ying Pun

Transit: 3 minutes walk will get you to the Second Street entrance of Sai Ying Pun MTR station, which itself is two stops away from Central. 15 minutes on the MTR will get you to the main shopping districts of Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay. The night markets in Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei are also within easy reach on the MTR. Several bus routes stop 1 min away from the apartment. The Hong Kong Airport Express is also within easy reach by either MTR or taxi
