  Comments: Easy to find once you figure out where you are. Lots of hills and steps so get your quads ready. Can be a bit noisy as expected. Nothing that he local bars can’t help with.

  Comments: Apartment was much more spacious than I expected seeing as how space is at a premium in Hong Kong. Location is a double edged sword since it's in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong the party central of Hong Kong but also very noisy at night. Great place to stay if you want to unwind and party in Hong Kong. Would definitely come back.

Ling aldo kindly gave us very straightforward abd helpful directions on how to get from HKIA to her apartment at minimum cost. Overall a great place to stay, very local. Would love to stay at her apartment again.

  Comments: The two main advantages of the City Studio are its location and that it’s rather spacious for a place in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong. The disadvantages are several. The place definitely is not kept up. Once we were in our room we found the AC didn’t work, the shower drain wouldn’t drain and the fan was broken. The TV isn’t hooked up to any cable so you have a large television that you can’t watch. We found this all to be very disappointing. Upon arriving in Lan Kwai Fong at 1:00 pm we went to the meeting place in front of the Hard Rock Cafe and gave the Indonesian caretaker Ling a call saying we had arrived and were waiting for her. She said she was eating lunch and would be there soon. After waiting with our luggage in the street Ling finally showed up 2 hours later at 3:00. We found her to be surly, arrogant and unpleasant to deal with. We most definitely will not stay there again.

  Comments: nice place, a bit small. very good location for night people, a lot of bars/ pubs/ restaurants right downstairs. keep in mind that all the bars/ pubs/ restaurants are for tourists and can get expensive, you might want to walk a few blocks over and find some authentic places. not a good location for light sleepers, gets very noisy weekdays and weekends

  Comments: Ling's place is ultra central right in the heart of the night-life district, buzzing with late night bars and food options within walking distance. As others have commented, it's not for those who are light sleepers, especially on the weekend, with the party extending up until dawn and beyond, but if you're in Hong Kong to take advantage of the vibrant night life, there are few places better located on the island. My visit coincided with typhoon Mangkhut blowing past, felling trees and breaking windows, but Ling kept me updated with information coming out of the Hong Kong Observatory, ensuring I kept dry and safe. It's worth keeping in mind that the place is pretty small though adequate by Hong Kong standards, and is great as a base for exploring, and you'll want to spend more time out and about than in the confines of the four walls. That said it's good value and ideal for a weekend or couple of days.

  Comments: I caught the Airport Express train from the airport for $150HK and I was Met at the Hong Kong Central station by Ling’s friend and we walked all the way uphill, he carried my heavy suitcase all the way and up 4 flights of stairs to my room. The room is located Above a 24 hour 7/11 convenient store and at the very top of the hill next to Hard Rock Cafe and all the nightclubs and action. Mcdonalds is 2 mins walk downhill was the first food place,i could find.. Perfect location, Zoo is a short walk away. Good exercise there. Walking the hills. HK is full of hills. Ling is a great hostess and i would definitely recommend her place. It has some noise, from crazy chinese drivers tooting their horns in the morning rush hour traffic. But i just closed the window to minimise the sound. Shower is super pressure and roomy. Its compact and all i needed there, especially a wardrobe to hang my clothes and drawers etc. Secure and safe.

  Comments: If you’re going out at night, especially on the weekend, this is a prime location! The Central Station MTR is also very easy to get to from here, tho there is an slight uphill climb to the place. It wasn’t as loud as I expected it to be at night, but bring earplugs just in case. Ling was amazing with responding quickly and if timing permits with other tenants, checkin and checkout time can be a little flexible, which was extremely helpful for me. The Airbnb has everything I needed and I wouldn’t mind staying here again!

  Comments: Apartment was good, small and cozy. Everything corresponded to the description on Airbnb. The place is very close to Central metro station and that is very convenient. There is 7eleven near the enter, so you can bye anything urgent. The host is very responsive, helpful and flexible. The only big disadvantage - loud music on street during the night from the different clubs and bars.

  Comments: Aloha's place's location is awesome for sightseeing central HK, public transport is near and all the most important sights in walking distance - but it can get really noisy at night, as it is right above the biggest party spot in the area! We stayed for NYE and the volume of the music from the nearby clubs and bars was amazibhly loud!! ;D it kept us up for a bit but on weekday nights the noise level was ok. The flat itself is small but clean and has everything you need. Fridge is very small and the bed is not good if you have any back problems (too soft!).

  Comments: Aloha is easy to communicate with, and the place is centrally located. Their place is very cleanly kept, and we were greeted when we arrived.(Aloha's boyfriend carried our luggage) As long as you can tolerate the loud noise (it IS a party destination where they party until 6AM!) then it is a great deal. There are more places to shop and eat within walking distance, than you'll ever need!

  Comments: Aloha's place was very nice. It was clean and felt very comfortable. The location is good, however, it certainly did get quite loud at night. I am grateful that Aloha was up front about this and we brought earplugs and were prepared.

  Comments: Aloha’s place was great. They were definitely not joking about the noise, but we expected it going in as this unit is right in the middle of the action. The place is convenient to both Hong Kong station and Central station which was wonderful. A/C worked very well. One thing to note for this unit is even though the curtains are drawn, the unit feels very bright no matter what time of day or night. Overall, this place is well worth the 4 flights of stairs.

The apartment is well described by Aloha, it is great value for money, it is clean and plenty of towels, soaps etc were provided. Communication from Aloha was excellent and she very kindly allowed us to check out late on our last day. Thanks for that and for a great stay.
