Access: All guests will be required to set preliminary contact to set an appointment for the check-in at the rendez-vous point. A tour of the premises and all the required information will be delivered to the guest. The guests are not allowed around the premises before the appointment has been set therefore it is of extreme importance that guests maintain contact with the host only and no one else from the building. Please note that check-ins are flexible however its subject to availability. If there is a check out on the day of your arrival we cannot guarantee an early check-in. Interaction: Guests will have my contact number and I'll be available for anything 24/7 as well as the concierge service. Please do not contact any one else in the building besides the host.

House Rules: - Please do not loose the keys and the parking pass card. If anyone of these two are lost a 100 CAD fee will be charged. - No parties or gatherings in the unit. Guests will be evicted in the event of excessive noise or if complaints are placed. - The furniture must be respected and the no smoking policy must be respected. A fine will be applied if the apartment is not left in an acceptable manner or / and if furniture is damaged, stained, or broken.
