Transit: Street parking available. Closest subway is the A/C and is only 25 minutes to downtown NYC. Other nearby trains are a 15 minute walk, include the 2/3/4/5. Outside the front door is the B65 bus to downtown Brooklyn or Barclays Center.

Access: The apartment is in an up and coming Brooklyn neighborhood. There is are multiple coffee shops and bars just steps from the front door, as well as several nearby grocery options, a laundromat, and a variety of restaurants. Interaction: The other room is occupied by a permanent resident, a male in his 30's. He is a photographer and works from home often. He has a dog (there are two in the apartment!). I also own a spunky miniature Australian Shepherd, who will be staying at the apartment. I'd love to find a tenant who loves dogs! He is a lovable and outgoing little guy who loves attention, sheds a bunch, and is a great running partner.
