Fueron muy preocupados con el recibimiento y la hora de llegada, nos dieron datos de la ciudad y donde recorrer, estaban atentos a nuestros requerimientos.   Comments: Encontramos el alojamiento tal y como se ve en las fotos. Muy bien equipado para pasar unos días. Natalia nos recibió puntual y nos dio toda la información necesaria sobre el alojamiento, la localización, cómo movernos por la ciudad y recomendaciones sobre restaurantes, etc. Aunque el estudio no está situado en el casco histórico de la ciudad, se encuentra céntrico, por lo que nos fue posible ir a pie a todos los lugares de interés. Muy recomendable.

  Comments: Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und uns wurde alles super toll erklärt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und wenn man mit dem Auto anreist hat man einen perfekten Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit einfachen Details gestaltet. Einzig das Licht im Badezimmer könnte heller sein. Sehr gefreut hab ich mich über das super bequeme Bett. Ich werde diese Wohnung wieder Mieten wollen beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Porto.

  Comments: Appartement bien placé proche du centre de Porto. Il est situé à l'arrière de l'immeuble ce qui évite les nuisances sonores de la rue très passante à certaines heures de la journée et permet de disposer d'une terrasse. Mais en avril le matin et le soir, le soleil ne donne pas sur celle-ci, c'est dommage. L'appartement est bien équipé.

  Comments: Lovely apartment in walking distance the old town of Porto. Extremely clean and all amenities as advertised. We had a lovely welcome and were briefed on local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

The apparent is a nice size and having free parking so close to central Porto is a great bonus! Also we arrived early and they kindly let us park and gave us some tips for what to do and see which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Sam

  Comments: L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tous les endroits incontournables de Porto. Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes déplacés en majorité à pieds, sans aucun souci. L’appartement est très bien équipé et le balcon est top pour les petits déjeuners et les repas en extérieur. La résidence est calme et les voisins sont gentils. José et Natalia sont disponibles et réactifs, l’accueil a été très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un séjour super, je recommande vivement!

  Comments: We cannot recommend this place. The apartment units were definitely built on the cheap. While the balcony is okay, it faces the parking lot and makes for a lousy view. It is the interior of the apartment, however, that made us miserable. WiFi is spotty. The bed is funky for two people; one will have to climb over the other to get out. There is no place to hang towels in the bathroom save for a small hook draped over the door. There is nowhere to place soap or shampoo in the shower stall but the floor. The wall fixture holding the shower head is loose, meaning that the slightest amount of water pressure makes the shower hose wriggle around like a snake. The water pressure in the super-small bathroom sink is inconsistent. Prepare for your shower to turn cold, as the water heater seems to go on and off. Porto is AMAZING. It is unfortunate that this apartment, lacking any of its charm, detracted from our enjoyment of the city.

  Comments: L’alloggio di Josè è eccellente. Si trova in una posizione comoda per visitare ogni parte della città, c’è un posteggio privato, la cucina è perfettamente attrezzata e la casa è piccola ma piacevole! Consigliatissimo!!

  Comments: Points positifs : très beau design avec couleurs contrastées, parking arrière sécuritaire, précieux conseils + carte fournie à l’arrivée, à moins de 5-10 minutes à pied des quartiers intéressants Points négatifs : dans notre cas, prise de possession des lieux laborieuse mais l’élément principal est la grande chaleur dans le condo la nuit. Sans air climatisé ni ventilateur, les portes-fenêtres doivent être entrouvertes. Cependant, ça laisse entrer des moustiques et beaucoup de bruit ; les oiseaux y sont nombreux et très actifs en pleine nuit... Tout cela sans toutefois rendre la chambre suffisamment fraîche pour y dormir bien. L’achat minimalement d’un ventilateur serait un excellent atout pour la période estivale!

  Comments: This is a great little studio that’s located very close to all the main attractions of Porto. It has everything you need and is tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the parking space - but be warned - we have an Audi A4 and it only just squeezed into the parking garage, if you have anything bigger I’m not sure you’ll fit. The balcony is lovely and because it overlooks the parking it’s silent - I don’t know why anyone would complain about that! Thanks to Jose and Natalia for always replying quickly to messages too. Highly recommended.

  Comments: Precioso estudio con aparcamiento en la zona trasera del edificio con lo que no podrías tener una mayor tranquilidad, situación inmejorable.   Comments: le studio est ok mais le lit est inconfortable et tres petit non adapté a de grandes personnes. il fait tres chaud dans l 'appartement et il n'y a qu"un minuscule ventilateur. ok pour 1 nuit pas plus .nous avons quitte le lieu le 3 em jour ,nous avions payé pour 6.

  Comments: Well located little apartment with off street parking. We walked everywhere. Given the busy road it is on the apartment was very quiet. The external photos are of the back of the apartment building so not what you're looking for when finding the apartment. It is located two doors down from a little cafe opposite the Crystal Palace shopping centre. Don't miss the park a couple f hundred metres down the road on the opposite side- great views ver the river.

  Comments: The home is lovely, great location and good value. It’s nicely decorated and has everything you need. Also very comfy. The only down side is the parking is tight, there’s no AC which I over looked and it was a little hot at times and it was nice weather. During warmer weather it would not be good. Also the shower goes from hot to cold very fast making it impossible to take a full warm shower. Maybe it’s a Portugal thing I’m not used to...
