Neighborhood Overview: Botafogo is the perfect place to enjoy Rio. The peace at home and the distraction near of you. Nearby Pão de Açucar, one of the favourite place of all the city, you will enjoy an amazing environment and you are perfectly localizated to join all the desired places : Leme, Copacabana, Pão de Açucar, Botafogo, Lapa and Ipanema not very far... Localized in front of the bay, you are in the best place for amazing holidays : bars (pubs), canteens, shops, metro at 5min! Don´t miss also the Arpoador or Copacabana beach, the predilection place of local and international surfers.

Notes: Intern Settlement : 1. The maximum number of tenants is the number indicated when you do the reservation. It will not be allowed entry of other person, except previous agreement by message on Airbnb site. 2. Switch off the climatisation, the television, and the lights when you leave the apartment. A tax can be exiged in case of excessive utilisation. 3. Switch off the gas when you don´t cook. 4. Don´t make double of the keys. 5. If during the stay, a problem (an infiltration, a problem of gas, problem of Internet, etc.) happens, the tenant will have to permit the access to the apartment. 6. When you leave, it is exiged to let the place in the same conditions than when you arrived. 7. The prudence is fixed to R$1000,00. It will be debited from your account only if I do a complaint to Airbnb in maximum 48h after the check-out. In the contrary case, you will not be debited of the prudence amount.

Transit: About transportes, no problem! The apartment is localized at few minutes walking of the metropolitan station Flamengo. From the apartament you can go in simple and fast way in all the touristic places of the city, and a lot more. In this way, you can´t lose nothing, if you are in Rio de Janeiro for Christmas, the Reveillon, the Carnaval, etc. (visit of Pão de Açucar, Corcovado, beaches, Lapa stairs, mythic Maracana Stadium, etc.). The taxi from the airport to the apartment will cost more or less 100 R$. You have also the possibility to use the Bus Premium 2018 for approximately R$15,00 by people.

Access: The entry and the exit hours of the local have to be determined by advance.
