With great sun exposure, this studio is a cozy space, with all you can expect: air conditioned, a balcony were you can smoke, a fully functional kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, a flat TV with cable international channels and a small workspace. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, from a coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and stove top, all utensils necessary for a home cooked meal can be found like pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. Neighborhood Overview: In the Porto wine spot, Gaia wine cellars, you will feel like a real Porto citizen, feeling the Douro river, and the secular art of producing Porto wine. Very pleasant neighborhood were all the Porto wineries are, with shops, a variety of typical restaurants and river terrace were you can profit the Portuguese sun while flavoring a Porto wine or a meal, embraced by the Douro hillside.

Notes: Please note that the tourist tax is payable on the accommodation. From 1 April to 30 September - 2 euros per person per night; 1 October to 31 March - 1 euro per person per night (up to 7 nights). Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the balcony; Please leave all electric appliances turned off, make sure water taps are not running and close all doors when leaving the apartment; Respect the hours of silence, avoiding noise after 10 pm; Put garbage in the public container daily to avoid unpleasant odors in the apartment; If you notice any abnormality in the apartment, let us know immediately. Transit: We provide a transport service from the airport to the apartment. Since the apartment is in the historic downtown, this is the best choice.
