  Comments: Host: Ismail is a very nice person very friendly , helpful host and it was my pleasure to have a new friend like him in Istanbul , he was very caring and made sure we arrived properly . Honestly one of the best host i met in Airbnb . First of all he was easily reachable through the Airbnb messenger and even via (Hidden by Airbnb) as well whenever i asked him about anything his so gentle with great answers , he was very good to us and gave us instructions how to reach his stay. We had luggage problem upon arrival but ismail was so kind and he came to the havabus station in Taksim to help us additional to that he also gave us so many suggestion about the place to visit where to eat. In next day ismail did a great job when he made transfer reservation for my mother and sister from Sabhiha airport to his house and he also paid the driver as it was late time to wake up and pay the driver by myself so thanks for being a great host . Accomodation: The location of apartment is very nice very confortable and well located in the 3rd floor no elevator but easy for climbing , the apartment itself feel like home , 3min walk to taksim Metro station close to lots of great restaurants and cafés 1 min to Istiklal road.it has good wifi and all the necessities including towels and slippers , washing machine ,kitchen utensils etc.. The room was spacious and the living room well organized and decorated just as shown in the photos , the sofa can be sofa bed and ismail bring a new extra bed for us.it was very clean . We really enjoyed out stay there and we will stay in his house again if we will visit Istanbul again .i'd definitely recommended to Anyone . Thx a lot ismail for making our stay amazing.

  Comments: The apartment is superbe well located, 2 minutes from the Taksim square where you could easily take all kinds of public transportation. The area around apartment is also interesting with lot of coffees and shops. Apartment is good and clean, Ismail is very welcoming and he responds quickly to any questions from the guest, he also prepared a small gift on my arrival, thank you very much Ismail and hope to see you again. ;)

  Comments: We stayed there for 5 days, from the start at the airport till the delights at the apartment Ismail was on top of things, helping us with the transportation, providing tips and maps for Istanbul. He was always there whenever we call or text him. The place was super clean, the checkin and checkout were accurate and he was so helpful on the checkout. For sure will stay there whenever we are in Istanbul again.

  Comments: we stayed one week in this apartment. The house was clean, fully equipped, and spacious (literally). Ismail was very friendly and helpful every time we needed him. we were able to reach him whenever we wanted to (very responsive). the location is superb, near to the most important points that you might need ( metro, taxi station, grocery shops ...), the place is cozy, and felt like home, one would love to spend time in it. also the internet speed was great. our trip was really great, and this apartment made it better, because every time we were outside, we were looking forward to go back and lay down on the sofa and enjoy the rest of the day inside. Ismail kept waiting for us to arrive (we arrived late) and left us a welcome gift also (i loved the coffee much). he arranged for our pick up from the airport and also the day we left. everything was nearly perfect, we highly recommend the apartment, as we would come back soon. thank you Ismail.

  Comments: Ismail's place was great. It looks exactly like the photos, was spacious, kept clean, had a comfortable bed and nice furnishings. I think all homes in Istanbul can get disturbed in the night by the loud Call to Prayer, this woke me up just one night here, it was not as loud as it is at hotels in the area. Ismail himself is a fantastic host and made sure I was happy at all times, even going out of his way to lend me his own HDMI cable so I could use my PlayStation!

  Comments: Ismail is very kind and responsible host, he was always on touch and asked me if i have any questions. The apartment is very clear, it has 2 big rooms, kitchen, 2 balconyes. Metro station Taxim is about 100 m from apartments, very easy go go that. Night time apartments is very silently. I recommend this apartments for all tourists and want to come back myself.   Comments: The apartment is very central it is a few minutes from Taksim square. The Metro is in the near and some supermarkets. The flat is clean and with lovely details. What you see in the pictures is what you get when you arrive. It was easy to feel good in the Apartment because there was everything you needed. Ismail is a great host. He is very helpful and made sure that we was happy all the time. He was there if we needed something and he always contacted us to see how we are doing. I was absolutely happy with everything and i can only recommend his Flat. Thank you Ismail for everything!

  Comments: nice apartment with great location, it is very convenient to go anywhere in Istanbul We were at a 5 min walking distance from Istiklal Street and Metro. The flat is exactly like in the photos well equipped, clean and pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

  Comments: Pros: good connections to everywhere from Taqsim, communication and check in was very smooth and easy, close to shopping stores, restaurants and cafes, the apartment is big enough and can accommodate 5 people. Cons: the mattress of the double bed is very uncomfortable and bumpy. so we used the bunked beds and it was better. when we were there (September) it was noisy if you opened the windows, since there are constructions in the street. We enjoyed our stay there and can recommend it.

Check in was super easy, and Ismail was very helpful whenever we had any questions. Tidiness of the place can be improved, but this is a very minor hiccup in what was a wonderful stay.

  Comments: Very cozy apartment,7 mis walks from Taksim Square, metro, food,shopping, airport bus everything. My family had a great stay here.Apartment just look like photos, have enough space to share. The apartment is on the third floor and no elevator, and supermarket a bit for away. It just like a lot of Istanbul old building does.

  Comments: I recommend Ismail's apartment to everyone visiting Istanbul! Numerous sightseeing places, historic buildings, restaurants, shops, are located within a few minuets by foot as the apartment is located right in the centre of the city. The apartment it self is exceptionally clean, spacious and had all of the necessary amenities. Finally, in our case, the ability to self check in and self check out was exceptionally convenient.

  Comments: Il vero punto di forza di questo appartamento è la posizione, a 200 metri da Piazza Taksim e dalla Metro. Situato in uno stabile decoroso è al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma le scale non sono ripide e strette come spesso succede a Istanbul. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e abbastanza luminoso. Il check-in e check-out sono stati facili e velocissimi, completamente self-service con chiavi in safe box. Ismail è stato molto gentile e velocissimo nelle comunicazioni. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

  Comments: I would recommend this place without reservation to anyone new to Istanbul as a place in the thick of the action. Istanbul is a city teeming with life and Taksim is at the centre of it all. If you haven't experienced Istanbul before, this is where you need to be. There are convenient transport links to all the touristic sites. This place is very close to the square, but a short downhill walk away from it, which tends to keep the immediate area quieter. Even so, there is a very useful convenience store and food outlet right next door. I slept well in this place but, like all of Taksim, you will fare better if you fit in with the rhythms of this lively city (which I did as a night owl). I would recommend it to almost everyone. By aware that you need to climb a few (~50) stairs. I read the other reviews and generally agree with them, although I personally experienced no internet problems. I never met Ismail, but he kept in regular contact to see that I was managing ok. I left very satisfied. Thanks Ismail.

  Comments: We had an awesome stay in Ismail’s apt. It is very centrally located, which was a stone’s throw away from Taksim Square. The supermarket is just next door and you can get food easily from 24hr shops at Taksim. Ismail was also quick to response and helped us to store our luggages safely when we were in Cappadocia for a couple of days. Ismail’s apt is definitely a place to stay at when you are in Istanbul!

  Comments: Good value for money and great location near Taksim. Ismail was very good at replying to all of our messages quickly. However, the place had quite an unpleasant smell on arrival (humid like) which stayed throughout our stay. The apartment street was also on construction (would have been useful to know in advance) which made mobility with bags very difficult.

  Comments: 3rd time for me at Ismail's place. That sais it all, I guess. You get: Perfectly located and quiet flat, with living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Besides one or two cleanliness issues, absolutely recommendable for a few days stay. Ismail is a great host. Check-in is super simple.
