  Comments: Great apartment in the CBD area. Location was great for us as we were doing local sightseeing, ferry's from circular key and buses from martinplace. Small IGA supermarket in Martin place as well. Some nice local eating places around as well. Everything was few mins walk for us maximum so perfect place to stay if you are doing local touring in Sydney area. Key collection great instructions, no problems with getting in and apartment was clean and cool.

  Comments: Great location...that’s it...very noisy from external sources, bins emptied at 2am, and the nightly bottle smash around 3 am. Building work opposite starts at 6 am every day including Saturday. Appliances are dated, drier didn’t work for 4 weeks, oven very noisy, smoke alarm super sensitive, hot water scalding, shower head suitable for under 5 footers, shower grout mouldy, lights very dark, the vertical blinds don’t keep out much light at night from the offices opposite. Lifts clunky...got stuck in one on first day there. Gym equipment is either broken and very rusty..pool surface paint is peeling, and the pool area gets sun for approx 15 minutes a day if you chase across the sun beds Unless location is the ultimate for you, I would look elsewhere for a more modern and better kept apartment for the money. Doesn’t really offer good value.

  Comments: Johannes is a great host and was super easy to get in contact with. The apartment is very conveniently located by Martin Place and provided us with a good base in Sydney for a few days. The space is a reasonable size for inner city Sydney, and the king bed was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again in future.

  Comments: Great, central location in the Sydney CBD. Very close to Martin Place railway station, and a wonderful IGA supermarket allowing for self-catering. The apartment is a good size, and nice to have a small balcony with furniture when the weather is warmer. The bedroom is spacious with a large king bed and mirrored wardrobes. The kitchen is a good size and has everything to knock up a meal. If staying longer, having the cupboard laundry is a huge bonus. We will return when staying in Sydney again. Highly recommended. Johannes was good to communicate with, and arrival and departure was simple.

  Comments: This apartment was exactly as described in that it is central to everything in Sydney CBD. Pros - location, location, location. Easy to get anywhere in Sydney CBD. Handy super market just a few minutes walk in Pitt street. Great communication with Johannes. Cons - Lots of construction work right outside the balcony. Cleaners hadn't done a great job prior to our visit [I have made Johannes aware of this] . Tumble dryer not working properly so hard to dry towels and tea towels. Johannes arranged additional towels for us. So if you intend to spend your days out exploring Sydney and just need a central location with a great bed, this is the place.

  Comments: Very nice, clean and spacious apartment in a great location. Check-in was a bit difficult because I never received the instructions (not sure if it was the Airbnb app or what) and Johannes was unfortunately out of reach. But after a few hours we finally managed to get it. There was no light in the bathroom when we arrived (not sure how the cleaner managed to clean without any light) so we had to change the light bulb ourselves. Besides that the stay was very nice and the apartment is lovely.

  Comments: Excellent location, with great communication from the host and a very easy self check in process. Bed was comfortable, and apartment was warm and nicely decorated. Shower pressure is excellent, but hot/cold taps can be a little tricky to balance for shower temperature. Very good value, highly recommend.

View in inward to large office buildings. Not the most private location but we were in the heart of Sydney. We felt safe and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

  Comments: This is a great location for concerts at the City Concert Hall and visits to the NSW Art Gallery. There is a bit of construction noise at the moment due to the upgrade of nearby Martin Place Station, but it's OK if the windows and doors are closed.

  Comments: Well where to start! This apartment is a real home away from home in the CBD area of Sydney and within easy reach of everything. The apartment has one bedroom, bathroom and a spacious kitchen/lounge/dining room. The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We did use the oven once and it was a bit noisy but cooked really quickly. The bathroom is a good size but it’s a bit tricky to get the shower just the right temperature. Having said that it’s a good size and once you get it going it is great. The bed is comfy with plenty of storage in large sliding door wardrobes. The air con works really well and cools you off just when you need it. We turned it off at night as it was cool enough to sleep and it is a little noisy when it is running. There are plenty of little reminders to make sure you turn everything off before you go out which we found really helpful. Up on floor 14 (difficult to find if you don’t know where it is as it’s not written down anywhere) there is a pool and jacuzzi with seating and a BBQ. You will need your key fob to get up in the lift and to get through the pool door. There are ladies and gents changing rooms but we didn’t explore them. When we were there the pool looked dirty and unusable (we have informed the owners) but the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day in the city. The location of the apartment is 11/10 perfect. Come out of the front door and turn right. Go down the stairs by the Japanese restaurant and follow the alley to Pitt Street. This will lead you wherever you wish to go. It is an easy walk down to the Rocks District (15 mins) full of history. The Quays (15 mins) with all the ferry trips you could want and on to the Opera House (20 minutes) all times approx from the apartment at a slow/medium pace. There is a brill supermarket literally 3 minutes from the apartment. Turn left out of the apartment up to the main road, turn right and walk along to Martin Place and directly in front of you there are some stairs down ward passed a burger stall. Go down these and to the left you will find an escalator down to a great shop. Took us ages to find it so hope this helps! We used the Hop On Hop Off Bus and it was fab!! It is only a two minute walk up to Elizabeth St to the bus stop so easily accessible. They also have some great special offers on if you want to visit lots of the other attractions. We also went on the Champagne afternoon boat tour (Quay 6) and did the tour of the opera house. We were lucky enough to see an Opera at the Opera House and loved every second. All in all we loved the place in Sydney and will definitely be passing the info on to friends and relatives. Although maybe we should have kept it a secret so we can go back again!! Lol. Thanks Tam and Johannes who always replied quickly to questions and to the lady at the foyer desk who helped us find the pool. All in all 11/10 from us!
