Neighborhood Overview: The apartment is located in Gràcia, which is a trendy neighbourhood in the center of Barcelona. You will be located in an charming area, with restaurant and cafés. You will be just 5/7 minutes away from Paseo de Gracia.

Notes: Please keep in mind that according to the Law, you will be asked at the moment of the check-in for your IDs and to sign a contract for your stay. This is compulsory to stay at the apartment. Also, you will be required to present your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to take pictures of ID documents for all guests. Hope this is not an inconvenience! Due to local regulations, I can only accept bookings with minimum length of 31 consecutive nights. Check in time is at 3pm or later. Check out time is 11am or earlier. Please no smoking inside of the flat No pets allowed Please respect the neighbours. No loud noises after 10pm. The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed. No parties or events allowed.

Transit: Close to the apartment is the FONTANA subway station, part of the green line (L3) that will take you directly to the center as well as to the beach and many other touristic attractions. From the airport you can take the Aerobus to Plaça Espanya and there change to the subway station, part of this green line.

Access: You will have the whole place to yourself. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, living room with sofa and a modern kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the apartment that you can use. We will provide you with the products needed for the washing machine. The whole place is available.
