  Comments: WOW! Where do I begin!? This was without a doubt the most amazing Airbnb experience I have ever had. Richard responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and answered every question I had right away. I proceeded with the booking. The key was waiting for me on arrival (early) and I opened the door to one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stepped foot in. Panoramic views of curl curl beach from the front of the house and an incredibly beautiful pool with waterfalls in the backyard. Gorgeous hardwood floors, brand new appliances, incredibly comfortable beds, washer and dryer, flat screen TV and a beautiful grass area to do some morning exercises after a fun surf. Clean linens and blankets awaited and a very comfortable living room couch for late night movies. That’s just where it begins. Richard went way above and beyond to make me feel welcome in to his home and ensure that I was having a great stay. We were fortunate enough to have a fun swell fill in overnight and Rich didn’t hesitate to let me use one of his brand new boards so I could go out the next morning. The weather got incredibly hot on Sunday and rich again went out of his way to bring me his own fan/cooler and even cooked me a gourmet burger! As if he wasn’t already kind enough, he continued to go out of his way with kindness and great vibes the whole stay. I have to say, I am forever grateful for this experience! I don’t write many reviews, but something has to be said about the kindness and professionalism. I felt like I was in my own home! The house is a 2 minute walk from the beautiful North Curl Curl white sand beach. If you are lucky enough to find this Airbnb available, do NOT hesitate to book immediately. You will be very thankful you did. 10 stars on every single category. I will be booking this place again as soon as I am back in the area. Richard, THANK YOU so much for making my stay as memorable as you did. You guys are some of the coolest, kindest and most genuine people out there. See you soon! Cheers! -Matt

  Comments: Great location in North Curl Curl. Very nice apartment. Communication with Richard was easy - super fast responses. Place was immaculate on arrival and really is just up the road from the beach. Great spot to jump in your wetsuit and walk down for a surf. Plenty of space in the apartment, facilities and kitchen are modern, great bathroom/shower, a garage to leave surfboards in out of the way and a big Smart TV and comfy sofa to enjoy Netflix on in the evening. Parking right outside. A superb place on the Northern Beaches to relax and a host who ensures you have a great stay with tips and help. Hopefully, I'll come back again in summer to enjoy the pool and BBQ! Thanks again, Richard. Alex

  Comments: Richard is a gracious host and the place presented as pictured, but not as expected. The queen size sofa bed referenced was not a sofa bed, was sub-standard and did not provide an adequate sleeping facilty. The additional bedding supplied for the sofa bed consisted of a sheet and quilt cover, without a quilt or blankets. The advert was misleading. There was only one, proper bed, not two queen size as stated. What would've made our stay more positive, apart from adequate bedding, would be the inclusion of a few, simple additions, such as: * a full dinner and cutlery set. * an assortment and approriate number of glasses, including wine glasses. * the supply of basic condiments, eg salt, pepper, sugar, oil, milk (for upon arrival), an assortment of tea bags, glad wrap, foil etc. * a few serving platters and utensils. * a supply of toilet paper. * a secured premises. It was concerning that we discovered on a regular occurance, the front door left unlocked, even though we ensured we locked it. This gave us concern for our property security and personal safety. The outdoor entertainment area was lovely and enjoyable. We didn't get to use the pool due to inclimate weather, but it looked inviting. Location was great and close to the beach and public transport. We would stay again, providing the inclusion of a proper sofa bed and bedding, and improved security.

  Comments: We had a great time in North Curl Curl and loved staying at Richards place. We had everything we needed. Coffee, tea and little treats when we arrived. Amazing. Communication was really quick and efficient. Not used to having a shared entry with the host, but that was not a problem at all. We had all the privacy we needed. The beach is really close and the view is amazing.

  Comments: A beautiful house in a quiet upmarket location. Nice touches from Richard with some groceries and toothbrushes. We found it convenient for access to Manly and the ferry terminal. I recommend getting the App Ride plus who for $3.10 per person will pick you up from the door to any location in the catchment area. You can book a time slot in advance, Monday to Friday only up to 9.30 pm. Otherwise a frequent bus service just down the road number136. Parking in Manly car parks is free for 2 hours but expensive thereafter. So best to leave the car behind if going into Sydney CBD. North Curl Curl beach is just down the road. Distant views of Sydney from the front of the house.

  Comments: The appartement is very beautiful and has a lot of space. We had a great time at Richards home. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and we loved to have our breakfast outside. Thank you Richard for your hospitility!!
