  Comments: This is a great apartment, in a perfect location of Santa Teresa. clean and nicely decorated its a perfect stay. Buses are frequent to the city, there's a bus and taxi stop next to the building and you can walk everywhere too. felt very safe and happy. highly recommend. thank you Cynthia!

  Comments: Awesome apartment in a great neighbourhood of Santa Teresa .Nice place to come back to after exploring the city.Bus and taxi stop is right next to the building . Very easy to get to the metro. There is also supermarket and several restaurants close to the apartment. Cynthia was very helpful. Thank you Cynthia . We had wonderful time. Highly recommend .

  Comments: Cynthia er den perfekte vært og tog imod os i hendes private hjem hvorefter hun kørte os rundt og viste os nabolaget. Utrolig sød og behagelig vært der gør alt for at du skal føle dig tilpas og få det optimale ud af dit ophold I Rio. Lejligheden er stor og ligger dejligt placeret i Santa Therasa. Lejligheden indeholder alt hvad man skal bruge og fremstår, pæn og ren og velholdt. Har kun positivt at sige om lejligheden og Cynthia kan kun få vores varmeste anbefaling. Perfekt til en familie på 4 som vores.

  Comments: Квартира хорошая, даже очень, лучше чем на фото! Район спокойный , не было ни одного случая, чтобы кто-то пристал или грабил. Если хотите посмотреть самобытность Бразильцев, вам надо сюда, единственный минус добраться до пляжа, на такси у нас выходило 30-35 реалов до ипонемы...очень хорошая семья, нас встречала мама и кажется брат... В период карнавала, это была самая адекватная цена, мои друзья сняли квартиру в пять раз дороже!!! И ни чем не лучше.

  Comments: The apartment was great clean and spacious just as it appears in the pictures. Cynthia was great at responding to emails and whilst sadly we didn't get to meet as she was away when we arrived (a friend showed us around, gave us the key and a free bowl of fruit). Santa Teresa is a great area but if you want to be near the beach, it's not ideal and takes about an hour to get to Ipanema. The apartment is near a bus stop and a road where you can catch a taxi. There is a supermarket around the corner and its 10 minutes from all the really nice local bars and restaurants where you can easily spend a whole day chilling out in Santa Teresa.

  Comments: Accueil très agréable de Cynthia, appartement confortable pour 2 adultes et deux enfants, plus limité pour quatre adultes d'âge mûr. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur (précieuse quand il fait 30 en fin d'automne), l'exposition sur 2 côtés, la literie du lit double, le quartier de Santa Teresa, l'occasion de marcher tous les jours et surtout Rio, la magnifiquement contrastée. Il a fallu que nous insistions pour avoir un deuxième jeu de clef que nous avons obtenu au bout de 6 jours. Nous avons signalé que la machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas et, après nous avoir dit qu'ils la remplaceraient rapidement et nous avoir donné une date, rien n'a été fait jusqu'à notre départ. Nous sommes débrouillés en lavant à la main. Cela n'a pas affecté notre séjour à Rio. Par ailleurs, la chasse d'eau a été réparée rapidement, alors que nous n'avions pas signalé qu'elle ne fonctionnait pas. En résumé, un appartement agréable, des hôtes sympathiques, mais qui ne tiennent pas toujours leurs engagements, une ville magnifique.

  Comments: Appartement très charmant et calme dans le plus sympa quartier de Rio, nous nous y sommes sentis tres bien tout de suite . Transports en commun en abondance et station de taxi à côté . À proximité, le Largo Guimarães, avec ses bars, restaurants, dont le Café do Alto, qui est devenu très vite notre cantine ! Ainsi que des boutiques pour des cadeaux très sympas pour tous les budgets. C'était parfait!

  Comments: We were lucky enough to stay in Cynthia's apartment during the carnival, and everything was great. The master bedroom had air-conditioning and the WIFI was OK(seems like highspeed internet is quite rare in Brazil). Had some trouble finding a taxi to take us to the neighborhood during nighttime, but Uber saved us. All in all we had a great stay.

  Comments: Un excellent sejour chezz Cynthia! Nous avons ete tres bien accueillis, l´appartement etait grand et agreable. La coupelle de fruits apres l´avion faisait plaisir. La climatisation dans la chambre est un plus. Pas de bruits le soir, nous avons bien dormi. Il y a un purificateur d´eau qui permet de remplir les bouteilles. Le quartier de Santa Teresa est sympa, on peut sortir a pied manger dehors ou prendre le tram vers le centre ville. Tard le soir il fallait bien indiquer l´adresse sur une carte aux taxis, mais pas de soucis ils nous deposaient devant la porte. Nous avons creer un probleme en rompant la vitre de la machine a laver mais Cynthia a parfaitement geree la situation et nous nous sommes arranges a l´amiable. En resume un excellent sejour, je recommande! VVery nice week at Cynthia´s place! Great appartment, great locaisation, everything was perfect.

  Comments: Très bien accueillis dans l'appartement avec une belle corbeille de fruit. L'appartement est très propres, spacieux et confortable. En plus de son bon emplacement, Cynthia, ou Daci sont à votre disposition pour vos questions. Ma famille a passé un super séjour sur Rio, je recommande absolument ! Merci encore à Cynthia !

  Comments: Cynthia a ete tres disponible bien qu'elle ne soit pas sur place. Elle nous a donne toutes les indications pour nous aider et nous rendre a son appartement. Sur place, nous avons eu un ptit couac car la personne qui nous attendait pour nous acceuillir y etait le matin alors que nius arrivions le soir mais rien de genant. L'appartement est superbe, conforme aux photos, tres propre avec plein d'attention pour ses hotes (couverture, serviettes, etc). La machine a laver est un plus agreable. La corbeille de fruits est encore une attention vraiment agreable a l'arrivee. Le seul petit hic est les taxis qui ont un peu de mal a trouver la rue mais les adresses sont assez particulieres au bresil. Nous avons été globalement tres satisfaits.
