Our modern, open plan apartment features a large master bedroom with built in robes and ensuite. Second bedroom with built in robes and main bathroom. Laundry facilities, air conditioning, onsite gym and swimming pool. There is also a 42" TV in the living room and panasonic music player. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook with. But there's plenty of eateries to tempt your tastebuds right on your doorstep!

Neighborhood Overview: Location and lifestyle are at the forefront of this resort style stay and access to everything you love is at your doorstep. Around the building you'll find the Danks Street cafe and gallery strip, the East Village Shopping Centre as well as a range of Thai, Sushi, Mexican and Italian eateries, plus a gourmet grocery store on the ground floor.

Notes: There is a construction site next door. Working hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm. As the apartment block is less than 3 years old the latest in insulation and design means the noise is minimal. We also dog sit my mum's cavoodle occasionally. He is hyper-allergic, but may not suit guests with extreme allergies.

Transit: You'll love the convenient location of our apartment! Just 3.5km from Sydney CBD and iconic landmarks such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and The historic Rocks. Buses depart from Bourke Street (directly in front of the complex) into Sydney, and surrounding beaches. Or Green Square Station is just an 8-min stroll away. Hop on the train to reach Central Station or Sydney Airport in just one stop!

Access: You will have private access to the entire apartment. Plus unrestricted access to all of the onsite amenities of this resort style complex including central courtyard featuring outdoor lap pool, cabanas and picnic benches, plus air-conditioned gym.

Interaction: We will be to ensure you receive a smooth check-in and check-out. We may not be available in person during your stay, however we are available via airbnb anytime to give some local recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area.
