  Comments: This is my fifth or sixth times I stayed with Airbnb, and all I can say is this is the best experience I’ve ever had! Tracey is a very nice and caring owner, she always answer to my questions in a short period of time, very responsive. The apartment is very clean and new, with a modern interior and stylish decorations. The location is convenient, only 10 -15 mins driving distance to the city. If I ever go back to Sydney I would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

It’s exceptionally clean and has a slick design. The proximity to the airport was the key feature for us, however, as Tracey correctly stated in the description the planes do not Tack-off or land during the late hours of the night. We’d recommend the studio32 to anyone.

The place is a modern studio on top of a garage which was very tidy, relaxing and quiet. Would love to come back again for our next trip! :)

  Comments: Tracey's place was the perfect pad to explore Sydney from. We appreciated the modern, comfortable nature of the place and the 24/7 keypad access, removing the need for keys.. It's a 10 minute walk to Lewisham station and a 25 minute train ride to the city. We were also grateful for the small tocuhes, such as WiFi, milk and tea. Overall great experience!

The space was small but the decor placement was utilised so well the area felt so much greater. Super stylish and accomodating with tea, coffee and small breakfast needs like cereal and milk.   Comments: Such a stylish little find. Loved the black and white theme of the house, it all flowed so beautifully. Great for short stays, no stove top etc but if you won’t be in the house for most of the day you’ll be fine. Also would’ve been good if there was shampoo and conditioner etc but just a note for next time. Make sure you come prepared!

  Comments: We didn’t actually come across Tracey in our stay, but her Studio 32 flat is fantastic. It is very modern and very clean. It has a separate entrance down a back street for added privacy which is very secure. We drove and were able to park unmetered and untimed on a nearby street for the whole weekend (1 minute walk away). Studio 32 is located above their garage (separate from the house) within easy walking distance to plenty of cafes, retail shops and restaurants. Lewisham train station is only about 10 minutes walk away. Being under the flight path, it can be slightly noisy with planes overhead at times, but this is unavoidable and goes hand in hand with its fantastic location. I’d highly recommend Studio 32 to others!

The decor is very smart and comfortable, the location is handy to shops, restaurants, a cinema, public transport and a couple of nice parks - a tiny one at the bottom of the street and larger, Petersham Park, less than 10 minutes walk away. Basic provisions, local information, and small, thoughtful extras made it a very comfortable location for our weekend in Sydney. We'll happily return when next in Sydney!

  Comments: Studio32 is a great little spot, close to a supermarket and a station. It only took about 45 minutes to get to the airport via public transport which was really handy! The bed is really comfy too. Perfect spot for a short stay, had all basic kitchen appliances but no cooker so mightn’t be ideal if you are wanting to cook. But for us it was great and more than we needed :)

  Comments: Tracey’s place is fantastic. We have stayed twice now and it is conveniently located, close to great restaurants and cafes and easy to catch the train. The space, especially the bathroom, is comfortable and plenty big enough for two. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
