Neighborhood Overview: Bilgola Plateau is a small delightful community which sits on top of a hill between Newport & Avalon, with some spectacular views of water and bushland. It is never crowded, has a couple of lovely coffee shops & delis and is only five minutes to just about everywhere.

Notes: We respect our neighbours and trust that our guests will do the same. Well-trained, well behaved pets are welcome.

Transit: You may be tempted to just stay in when you are here but then you'd miss out on exploring all the beautiful local beaches with their golden sand and crystal clear warm water - Newport, Clareville & Bilgola are only 5 minutes drive away, and Palm Beach and Monavale not even 10 minutes. For local shopping & dining, Avalon & Newport are on your doorstep. We'll even supply a local parking permit so that you don't have to worry about how long to spend enjoying yourself while you're out and about!

Access: Make yourselves at home! We want our home to be your home-away-from-home while you are here. You have access to the pool, garden and entire house with the exception of our locked storage sheds. Upstairs has three spacious bedrooms with the fourth bedroom situated downstairs. The upstairs deck and downstairs fire pit area seat 8 comfortably, while the BBQ area downstairs has a table that seats 10. Superb kitchen with all mod cons and two separate lounge areas, both with TVs. Bread, milk and other breakfast provisions await you upon your arrival. We provide fresh flowers, candles, and essential toiletries. There are both bath and beach towels available for your use. Our TV has Foxtel (with all sports channels) and Wifi is available. Fans are provided in all rooms.

Interaction: Glorious beaches, plus the delights of Avalon, Newport & Clareville within 5 minutes drive. The perfect holiday destination that will feel like you are hours away from Sydney when you're not!
