The place is wonderful and really close to the metro station, comfortable beds, a clean environment and a beautiful kitchen with everything we need. ONE OF THE BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

  Comments: First I want to thank Mr. Andy to go out of his way to help me check in at 1pm thank you very much for that. Mr. Andy have to be upfront with his description about the place, first the place is a basement where the hot water foundation went trough, make the room hotter then the rest of the place, you have no control over the heat or AC. He set the temperature 78 first night, when I tell him about it he told me to open the door.then ignored me if that would change tomorrow, I have to message him trough Airbnb to get a respond from him next day I had no sleep that night, he tell me he will set it to 65 for the rest of my stay, but only let it for two days change it to 76, I only had two days of sleep. The stairs is very slippery I fall in front of him mess up my pants, had a cut in my elbow he didn't even asked me if I was okay. Then tell me he didn't hear or saw anything after he made eyes contact with me. He ignored some of my message I had to send the same massage trough Airbnb to get a reply from him. I think the host need to be honest about they place just like they have they rules for the house. I definitely have a bad taste in my mouth staying at his place. Clean house is not everything when its come to hosting a place.

  Comments: Andy's place is excellent. It is a well appointed newly remodeled basement apartment. It is clean. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable and the place is quite. On street parking is easy to find. It is a 5 minute walk to a subway (above ground at this point), and 10 minutes to the Metro North Train stop, which takes you to Grand Central Station and destinations north. Andy met me, and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend his apartment.

  Comments: This was our first Airbnb experience and it was excellent! There was ample parking nearby. The apartment was easy to find, and was spotless! Andy replaced the iron when we asked about one, and he was always super responsive. We appreciated the nice touches throughout the space (makeup removal wipes came in very handy!) The subway was a short 10 min walk away and gave us easy access to other parts of NYC area, and well as easy access to upstate. Very satisfied with very part of our stay!

  Comments: Great space, we felt safe and the space was very quiet. On street parking was great and accessible. The suite is clean, newly renovated, and well equipped for a trip to the city. We stayed there because of the location for Fordham University and NYBG. Quick Uber pickups and easy to get to great restaurants and quick grocery shopping. Local bakery a block or so away was an extra treat, as was the ease of access to the subway.

  Comments: I requested this unbelievable suite for my niece and her newlywed husband. The host Andi was quick to reply to any questions and adjustments I may have had during the stay and after. He went above and beyond to make sure the couple spent their first night together as a couple, asking what he can to do make it a memorable stay even offering to buy them a bottle of wine. After they checked out and before writing a review I texted my niece to get info of their stay, and here is her response: Hi auntie yeah I called to let you know how it was but I figured you were working. Everything was great. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well furnished. The two bedrooms were well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. 5 stars for sure. I will definitely book this suite again in the future and would recommend anybody, friends or family. Thank you Andy for making this trip memorable for my niece and her husband. Cheers!!!

We loved the area as it had a homely feel to it and was far enough from the craziness of Manhattan, that you could relax after day trips in town.
