Notes:

Transit: 25 min. cab ride from La Guardia Easy public transportation from JFK (A train to L train) Short walk to Montrose L train (2 minutes) which will have you downtown Manhattan (Union Square) in less than 20 minutes. less than 15 minute walk to J/M/Z trains. Street parking is fairly manageable. Uber/Lyft is fairly inexpensive to get into Manhattan or around Brooklyn.
