Neighborhood Overview: The apartment is located in a quiet street. In the neighborhood you will find all the products that you will need during your stay. There are multiple local and international shops, and 2 minutes from the apartment you will have the Mercat de Hostafrancs where they sell fresh ingredients. Nearby is Plaça Espanya, where you can visit The Park Miró or Las Arenas, an old bullring turned into a shopping center, and Montjuïc, where you can have a walk through its parks and gardens, enjoy views of the city and go to the spectacle of the Magic Fountains. In Plaça Espanya there is a venue of the Fira de Barcelona.

Notes: One set of linen and towels is provided at the beginning of the stay. We will offer you a basic welcome pack of basic products. You can acquire the rest that you may need in the shops available nearby. For long stays (more than 7 nights) an extra cleaning service will be done for free.

Transit: The nearest metro line is Hostafrancs (L1 red) which will take you to the historic center of the city in 10 minutes. Sants train station is also nearby, where you will have access to all Renfe's lines that pass through Barcelona. Also close you will find Plaça Espanya, where there are two metro lines (L1 - red and L3 - green), the FGC that will take you to the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via II venue, the Aerobus stop, which connects directly with the airport, and other bus lines.

Access: The building has a communal terrace on the roof top with loungers and tables where you can enjoy views of the neighborhood and Montjuïc. There is parking in the same building. You can book a seat for 15EUR / night. There is an elevator. We have a reception located at the entrance.
