  Comments: We loved staying here! 5 of us stayed for a long weekend to see some broadway shows. The apartment is in a great location to walk to theaters and public transit. It’s quite small, but we fit fine. Rob was super responsive to any questions/requests, and extremely accommodating when we asked about storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. We were given our check-in/check-out instructions a few days before our arrival, so everything was very clear and super easy! We had no issues during our stay. I’d recommend staying here if you want a clean apartment near Broadway!

  Comments: This is a cozy, clean comfortable apartment in a good central location. It’s close to Time Square, Columbus Circle, Central Park and the Hudson. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment is very well-equipped. The front bedroom faces onto 10th Avenue so if you’re a light sleeper, you might need earplugs. Rob and Ashley were very friendly and responsive hosts. We enjoyed our stay from what is a good central base.

  Comments: The apartment is greatly located only 2 blocks from times square. Even it is not big, it was sufficient for a family with 2 teens. Very clean. The check-in process was very clear, although fast responses to all emails. Clear recommendation for other AirBnB users.

  Comments: Great location we walked everywhere Times Square, Top of the Rock, Flatiron District. Many restaurants to choose from close by. The only issue we had was the neighbor next door threw a party and was quite loud and lasted till 4am. But I would still stay this is a great place to stay.

  Comments: There were 6 of us that stayed for the weekend. The apartment size was as expected for NYC. The location was great and walking distance to many restaurants and Times Square. The apartment was comfortable with the basic amenities available. The hosts were very responsive. No elevator and there is street noise in case you are a light sleeper, but would definitely stay here again!

  Comments: The space and location were great right by Times Square. The apartment was true to the pictures. The host were great and always checking to make sure everything was going good. I don’t have any complaints. (Be prepared to climb stairs to get to apt). I would def come back or recommend this Airbnb to anyone else :)

  Comments: The place was really dirty. The toilet seat had urine all over it and on the wall. The kitchen was so dirty, we would of never used a thing in it. Every corner of in the entire place was filthy; like they never cleaned the corners. The walls in the entire place need to painted, they are filthy! We did not stay we left as soon as we saw the inside of the place. They also were over an hour and a half late. We waited in a Uber out front of the place with our 4 kids for an hour and a half.

  Comments: beware of scalding hot heaters, visible gaps between window openings and air conditioning units, a blocked fire escape, and good luck finding the damaged air mattress if you have more than four yes in your party, that won't inflate. The host's responses were automated as if we hadn't made any complaints at all. We only stayed for a few hours overnight that we didn't sleep at all, and then they gave us a 5-star rating and asked us how they could help make it better next time and offer to repeat discount. This whole thing is a rent control scam.

  Comments: Daniel was super friendly and understandable. He allowed us to check in a little bit earlier and was super helpful. I would totally come back and stay on this place again. Is only 4 blocks away walking from times square and from any tour bus.
