Space: Guest House 4U - Povoa Beach & Family is a family apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the apartment (without lift). Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom and toilet. We are able to welcome 8 people. The aparment itself is very luminous and lets in a lot of sunlight all year round. Our kitchen is equipped with a stove, 4 plates , microwave, Nespresso, an oven, a table, a washing machine, and all the necessary utensils necessary for cooking. Our apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a stay with family or friends. Our living room is full equiped with a flat screen that offers more than 150 channels. There is also a comfortable seating area and a dining room table where you can enjoy nice meals together with family or friends. Neighborhood Overview: You are in the heart of the city of Povoa. The apartment is located in a very calm and peaceful area of the in Povoa where you can comfortably relax with family and friends. Nearby is a supermarket, a butcher shop, and a fatastic bakery near to the apartment where you can try classic Portuguese pastries or grab Something quick to eat. There is also a large choice of restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of meals including typical Portuguese dishes. Everything that you could possible need is in walking distance so there is no need to worry about getting around. You can easily walk to the beach and through the charming streets of the city that will bring you anywhere you need to go. You can also take your car if you would like but parking on the street of the apartment is free all year round! The subway is less than 5 minute walk away from the apartment, which can bring you to surrounding areas and also the city of Porto direct access 40 minutes to TRINDADE train station.

Notes: Our hotel services are included for stays of 7 or more nights. In the middle of your stay we will come by to change your sheets and towels. Check in is from 3Pm to 7PM. Beyond these times, contact us for additional fees depending on the time. The check out time is from 8AM to 11AM. A deposit can be requested upon arrival Free wifi is available and also a flat screen TV that has up to 150 tv channels available. Partying is not possible because there should be no noise after 23h. Pets are not allowed. Babycots are available upon request with an additional cost of 15€/Week.

Transit: You can very easily move around the city and do everything on foot : go and do some shopping, go to one of the beaches, go to one of the many delicious restaurant, or simply walk around and take in all that this city has to offer. To visit the surrounding areas, motorways are nearby. The metro station POVOA DE VARZIM is a 5 min walking distance from the apartment, and can take you to Porto within 40 min ! Easy access to the airport by metro or by car.

Access: Guest House 4U - Povoa Beach & Family is located on the 3rd floor of the apartment (without lift). During the summer months, you can rent and have access to the entire aparment.
