The property boasts an integrated Sonos sound system allowing you to stream your music to multiple speakers around the home using a wireless connection. The garden and yard is relaxed, private and includes a hot and cold out-door shower which is perfect after a swim or returning from the beach. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. As well there is a second TV and lounge area for the kids to escape and have their own space. Neighborhood Overview: Curl Curl Getaway is ideally located to take advantage of all the unique attractions the area has to offer. Guest may like to take a stroll or bike ride amongst the picturesque Curl Curl Lagoon which leads you to the beautiful and unspoiled Curl Curl Beach and Cafe. At Curl Curl Beach you will meet the breathtaking ocean board walk. Follow the board walk south and you will come across Freshwater Beach (about 10 mins walking) or head north and it will lead you to a track through coastal bushland to the next beach, shops and restaurants (Dee Why Beach Front). Take a scenic bus ride or easy walk into Manly by following the coast line south. It will take about 20 mins walking over the headland to get into the heart of Manly and the Corso. There are companies in Manly who offer all kinds of adventurous sporting activities such as kayaking, Stand-up paddle boarding, snorkelling and scuba diving, whale watching (when the season is right), bike tours and ocean adventures. Notes: The garage will be locked during the stay but parking is available on the premises on the driveway for 2 cars and 1 additional over the driveway on the street. There is ample parking on the street. There is no Dryer available at this property, but ample hanging space for your clothes is provided. Please note that dining table and chairs will be available outside under cover for your stay. Currently on order! Kitchen and laundry are new.

Transit: Public transport is very convenient. A bus stop close by can take you to the shopping mall or to Manly Wharf. For transport by bus - Sydney Buses mainly need Opal cards which are obtained from local newsagents. A 10 minute bus trip will get you to Manly where you can catch a ferry into the city which will take about 30 minutes. The regular Manly Fast Ferry takes 18 mins to get to the city. Sydney Ferries (State run) depart every 30 minutes.

Access: Guests will have access to the laundry (no dryer) and appliances as outlined in the welcome manual. Garage is not available, however, there is off street parking and parking on street is ample.

Interaction: Our Airbnb home manager Katie will meet you for your check-in and can be contacted between 7am and 7pm daily if required.

House Rules: Please strictly follow rules regarding air-conditioner unit (provided in welcome manual on arrival) as misuse will damage it at cost to guests. This home is for family group bookings only. Food and shoes are not allowed on the upper level.
