The place was nice and the bed was comfortable, they had all the beach gear as well. We were very grateful for the opportunity for a late check out as well. This saved us big time. Thank you.   Comments: Very nice and clean unit at a great location - close to Kamaole parks and to Wailea. Everything we needed was in the unit - from cleaning supplies to all pans, pots and utensils and to snorkel and beach gear. There was also a detailed guide on pretty much everything we wanted to know while being there. The only drawback was that the living room did not have AC - just the bedroom. The place is managed with great professionalism and attention to detail. Very courteous and to the point help and guidance from them.

The condo was a little bigger than the pictures indicated, communication was great, and there were many items like boogie boards and snorkeling gear that was a nice surprise as well. Overall, would highly recommend this spot for a family vacation in Maui.

This condo in Kihei is in a great location, central to the whole island and right next to a nice beach area complete with restaurants, markets, and shops. The condo itself is comfortable and well outfitted, and as others have mentioned- is larger than it appears in pictures. Everything you need to cook and eat is available and in great condition. The beds, linen, and furniture are comfortable. There is even a closet with beach accessories so you do not even need to bring your own (chairs, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, etc)! Viktoria (or her team) is immediately responsive to emails and will check in regularly to make sure everything is going well. They will even send emails with suggestions for activities, dining, sight-seeing, and are available to assist you with securing reservations, if needed. We are very happy with our stay at Viktoria's condo in Kihei!

  Comments: We were so pleased with our stay at Viktoria's place. Check-in and instructions were very straightforward, condo was very clean. Location is perfect, right across the street from Kamaole Beach III, a 2 minute walk! The condo was equipped with everything we needed: bodyboards, beach umbrella, beach chairs, etc. Air conditioning in the bedroom was a plus and Wifi worked well in the living area. A fantastic stay!

  Comments: This is a spacious place with a large lounge room and full kitchen. From the balcony you look over landscaped grounds and the complex swimming pool. Best of all, you can just walk across the road to a nice park and beach. Communication with Viktoria and her team was quick and easy too.

  Comments: My friend and I stayed at Viktoria’s place for a long weekend trip and had the best time! It’s centrally located just across the street from a gorgeous beach for snorkeling, is walking distance to the Kihei boat ramp where some excursions pick up, has tons of shops and restaurants nearby, and has free parking in the complex. Also the apartment itself was exactly as described, has a key code for easy check-in, and is nice and quiet for a relaxing stay. Victoria is very responsive and sent us tons of helpful tips on activities, restaurants, and sights for our stay. I’ll be recommending this place to all of my family and friends!

  Comments: I’ll definitely book again. The room is spacious and extremely clean and has everything we need during our 3-day stay here. It’s right across the street from a beach park. The condo is located in a beautifully maintained community that is quiet and with plenty of parking spaces. The view from the balcony of the pool and lawn is so relaxing. It’s about ten minutes walk from a plaza that has restaurants, shops, shave ice and rental gears. Viktoria was super responsive and provided a ton of tips before our arrival. My only complaint is that there’s no WiFi signal in the bedroom (the speed is decent in the living room) and the AC’s kind of loud so I mostly just relied on the ceiling fan instead.

  Comments: Great central location to everything we wanted to do. We went on a snorkeling tour out of Maalea harbor, sunset sailing and a luau in Kaanapali, Big Beach, sunset on top of Haleakalā and the road to Hana. The condo was located really close to the beach in Kihei and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo itself was pretty basic in terms of design, but was clean and spacious and had boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and a beach umbrella. Although WiFi is available, it was pretty slow and regularly disappeared and we had to log back on. Overall this place is a good value for the price and we would definitely stay here again if we come back.

  Comments: The location was excellent, next to the beautiful Kamaole beach and within easy driving distance of everything you could need in the town of Kihei. The location was also ideal relative to some of the other beaches in the Kihei and Wailea part of town. The condo itself was exactly as advertised. Viktoria was very prompt in her response and communicated clearly in near real time. The place was very clean and air conditioned, always a plus in the islands in case the trade winds aren’t as strong on any particular day. The location had fast WiFi when we needed it, it also had all the amenities and felt like a home away from home. Viktoria is an excellent host and we look forward to booking her place again the next time we are in Maui.

  Comments: Very well stocked space and the host is very communicative and provides a wealth of information for your stay. We would definitely stay at another unit hosted by this host! Laundry and washer is provided within the unit as well and was a very welcome surprise!

  Comments: This condo, located on South Kihei Rd. was perfect for our stay on Maui. 3 adults had plenty of room to relax, sleep, and eat. The entire space was clean and the beds, linens and pillows were comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the information about the property was easily found. If you are looking for a location that's affordable and in the center of everything -- this south Kihei condo is it. Yes, it's hot, but there are two pools and it's located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park. Every morning we woke up, took a run, and then jumped in the ocean. The area is a good mix of local restaurants and stores, with plenty of tourist attractions available.

  Comments: Our family of 3 had a great stay at Viktorias condo. The unit was right across the street from the beach with THE best sunset in Kihei. Host was excellent at communicating and even got us an early check in when we arrived sooner than we thought. Lots of towels and things to keep us busy at the beach. Would stay again for sure :)

  Comments: Stayed in Victoria's condo in October 2018. A spacious one-bedroom with full kitchen, clean bathroom and bedroom. Was pleasantly surprised to find cooking utensils, as well as beach towel and chairs. The condo comes equipped with washer and dryer, everything you could ever imagine for comfortable living. A beautiful beach park right across the road, never had to drive to a beach once. Great stay!

  Comments: Great place in a great location! Literally just had to walk across the street to a nice, non crowded beach. (Where we saw lots of sea turtles!) The elevator was a nice perk especially with two kids in tow. There was an abundance of towels and also some beach gear available which were well utilized. Viktoria and her staff were extremely responsive and helpful. The local tips were spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

  Comments: This unit was in a great location -- just walk across the street to the beach. It came with all the necessary beach equipment. The pool in the complex was clean and a pleasant place to sit on a lounger. The bed in the unit was very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with pots, pans, place-settings etc. All in all we had an excellent experience and would return in a heart-beat.

  Comments: Unterkunft war so, wie angepriesen. Super Lage in Kihei, lag direkt neben dem Strand. Man musste lediglich eine Strasse überqueren. Apartment war so, wie so viele in dieser Region sind. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird, inkl. Strandutensilien.
