  Comments: The host emailed me to call her and she will come to greet us, but when we arrived i called her twice and she didnt answer, than there were not enough sheets for the pull-out sofa and all towels were still in the dryer. We paid $100 for cleaning fee, but it was not quiete ready. Unit by its self is nice, great bathroom w/shower, nice kitchen, but its only 3 bar stools and it says it can accomodate 6 people.

It has a nice pool. Be sure to park on the street as the parking in the lot is $15 a night. We did not have trouble finding close free parking along the street.

The 2BR apartment has a lovely tropical ambiance with lots of light and being on the upper floor, quite peaceful. It is clean and well maintained. It has a great location in Lahaina close to all the shops and restaurants.

  Comments: We had a lovely time in Carol's condo. There was five of us and it was a good size and clean. It has a great location in Lahaina. It is just a four minute stroll to the seafront where all the restaurants and shops are. There are two swimming pools at the condo's complex. It was easy finding free parking out on the street in the evenings if you have a car. You can also choose to pay and park in the complex but we didn't feel it was necessary. We found it very helpful that there was a small both by the pool that was occupied by a very friendly member of staff who can give you advise about anything on the island and can also book activities for you. Carol was very easy to deal with and quick with responses. Everything went very smoothly. We would definitely contact Carol again regarding accommodation. A little tip is that there is freshly brewed coffee in the mornings by the pool.

  Comments: Super convenient location in downtown Lahaina. We were able to walk to the pier for our whale watching excursion and to Front Street for restaurants. The 2BR/2BA is spacious, clean and there's a pool in the complex. Plenty of towels and fresh bars of soap were provided. We found street parking out front easily on the weeknights, but on the weekend we ended up paying the $20 to park inside.

  Comments: The location of the condo in the Aina Nalu is convenient. We could walk to the wharf for our whale watching excursion, the bus stop to Ma'alea was close by, restaurants were fairly easy to get to and the shopping on Front Street were also easily accessible. The location was about the only thing we enjoyed out of this accommodation. The unit in itself was not very well cleaned (or... cleaned OUT more like). We found old ice cream and water bottles in the freezer from previous guests. There were also several old combs in my bathroom when I opened some of the cabinets, the 2 bathrooms weren't cleaned very well (my sink was filthy and my friend told me that the toilet bowl hadn't been scrubbed in her bathroom) and our towels were stained yellow. As for our host, I really have no comment as we didn't see her at all, through check-in, during our stay or as we were checking out. I don't entirely feel the money I paid was worth staying here.

The only ONE negative would be the $15.00 a day to park..but, we just avoided that by parking on the street. It was not a problem to find a spot. You are sooo close to downton Lahiana - a short 2 blocks. We walked (Website hidden by Airbnb) was GREAT! We so would stay here again~

  Comments: Absolutely beautiful condo! The pictures do not do it justice. It was well-equipped with so many amenities- dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. Not close to the beach, but less than 1 block's distance to downtown Lahaina with great shopping and restaurants. The only negative is I would suggest buying your own toilet paper- no extras there and the coffee pot makes only about 2 cups per pot. We were briefly locked out for about 40 minutes, but it wasn't anyone fault and Carol, the owner, was great at fixing the mistake right away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS GREAT CONDO!!!

  Comments: This place was awesome. We loved our stay during our entire trip. Carol was a very generous and gracious host. She was there upon our arrival and gave us some great ideas for things to do, most of which we ended up doing. She provided plenty of beach towels and even supplied an aero bed when we asked for it. The condo is beautiful and the grounds are just lovely. The pools and hot tub where a nice way to relax after running around all day. If I ever go back to Maui, I will be staying here again for sure!

  Comments: Location, Location, Location! The condo we rented was amazingly close to the main street in Lahaina. It was great for 4 people (each couple had their own bathroom). It was clean and easy to find. My only word of advice would be to budget for the cost of parking as street parking was difficult to find. However, don't let this stop you from using this condo. Carol was a great host and made the trip easy to plan!

  Comments: This is a fun condo complex - centrally located in Lahaina where you can walk to bars and restaurants. Its not right on the beach or anything but nothing in central Lahaina really is. The saltwater pool and surrounding area is fab. It was a great place to meet people and theres even a tv so you can watch games from the pool. Although we were missing some amenities when we first got there, Carol was immediately responsive and got us what we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

  Comments: In general, the location was great, the overall condo complex was just fine, and the unit was fine. Unfortunately we had several hiccups over the course of our stay, and Carol did her best to remedy them, but wasn't able to remedy them all (e.g., we never had cold water from the faucet in the master bath). I think that's the risk anyone takes when booking a room on airbnb vs. a hotel (with more dedicated maintenance staff), but I've usually had rock solid experiences with Airbnb.

  Comments: We booked the apartment for 6 adults (turned out to be actually 7) to have a nice base for all different activities on Maui (beach, snorkeling, shopping, hiking, hang gliding, sightseeing and going out for dining). We were not disappointed; Carol's apartment is well located very close to downtown Lahaina in walkable distance to restaurants and bars. Also the common BBQ area allowed for the whole group to prepare food and to dine outside together (area accessible until 10:00pm)! The small dishwasher was very helpful to quickly clean all dishes to be ready for breakfast inside the apartment. We were very happy to have Carol's place as a base to explore all areas of the island of Maui!

It is very nice, spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, equiped with everything we need and everything was as described. The location is great, very close to the main area for Lahaina within walking distance to many good restaurants, bars and the harbour. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time. We definetly will recommend staying at Carol's place and will come back next time.

  Comments: Everything went very well. Condo is nice, pool areas are great, and location is primo. Awesome to walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Only problem is parking. Condo charges $20 per day, but this was no surprise. This was clearly stated. You can park on street, except there's never any spots except in morning. Some cheaper pay lots accross street. I paid $140 for 7 days. It was worth it, since parking sucks in Lahaina. I had an awesome experience and would definitely do it again!!

We were able to find street parking for the whole duration of our stay (6 days).   Comments: Our stay at Carol's condo (G104) million was very nice. We made good use of the Infinity pool & hot tub (there are actually two pools). The location is excellent. It is within a couple of blocks of the market & Front street. Although we did not meet Carol in- person, she responded quickly to our texts in regards to questions or requests. The condo accommodated 4 people nicely (with the exception of having only 2 stools at the counter). Kitchen is well equipped if you plan to eat your main meals at nearby restaurants. If you plan to do more cooking, bring storage bags or containers. We definitely would stay here again. Dorothy

  Comments: The condo is clean, comfortable and in a good location. There were extra towels for the pool, a full kitchen, all the amenities of home. It's a really nice place. The main strip of Lahaina is conveniently a little over a block away. The downside is the condo is right next to the highway. If it was on the lower level the wall would block most of the sound, but it is on the second level above the wall. I honestly never really got any sleep due to the vehicle sounds from the highway. When it was quiet the fan in the master bedroom squeaks. As I was in and out of sleep I would awaken to the alternating sounds of truck air brakes releasing and the continuous squeak of the fan. Yes eventually you would get use to it, if you lived there year round. But staying only 4 days, my wife and I could not ignore it. Not a single full night sleep was had by either of us.

  Comments: Unit A-207 was a lovely spot to enjoy Lahaina & escape the heat. The buildings are old-style with lots of louvered glass windows, so yes, there is some noise coming in from other guests. However, this was mainly during the day (pool closes at 9pm) & didn't bother us. We enjoyed the closeness to Front St. Kitchen is well-equipped and all the furniture was very comfortable. Nice amenities including pool towels.

  Comments: The location was perfect. We were visiting friends who live in Lahaina and only a few blocks from the condo. We also were just across the street from restaurants and shops. The ocean is 2 blocks away. Our family tries to live like locals while vacationing and this was a perfect place for doing so without missing out on some fun touristy options. The condo has a great lay out and felt spacious. We are a family of 6 and it fit us perfectly. There were plenty of towels, a closet full of beach gear and plenty of food prep supplies. Walk a few blocks to Foodland and pick up some groceries and you are set. We enjoyed using the grills by the pool one evening. There was an older couple out playing dominoes and a resident, who is a surf instructor grilling along side of us. We were very content at Carol's condo and plan to return.

  Comments: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. 2 bedrooms and 2 restrooms, and we cooked by ourselves every night. Safeway is only 8 minutes drive. It's quiet, but is very near to the busy Front Street. The environment in the Aina Nalu is also beautiful. Finally, Carol is very patient and responsive.

  Comments: This resort is in a great location with lots of amenities. The pools were amazing! Well kept grounds and lots of parking (if you're willing to pay $20/day). We were in unit A203, which had the most wonderful showers ever! I must say, though, the furniture was not very comfortable, and it is a pretty small place. Other AirBNB's where I have stayed provided the basics, but here we had to buy coffee filters, dish soap and pretty much everything we needed other than dishes and silverware. Also, I requested a first floor unit, because I was traveling with an elderly parent, but was given a second floor unit anyway.

  Comments: Carol's condo is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The development is a beautiful collection of two story buildings with gorgeous landscaping and two pools - one large with a hot tub and a large cabana area, the other smaller and prone to early (and welcome) shade. The complex is very quiet and a short to walk to everything you need in town: coffee, smoothies, shaved ice, the harbor where you can hop on a boat for an excursion, and all the tourist shopping and restaurants you could want. It is possible to walk to the beach, but not pleasant with kids and all the accompanying supplies. We drove to a couple of different beaches while we were there. Carol was a perfect host - responsive instantly by text but otherwise we had no interactions with her and were left to enjoy our vacation. The unit was stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs and mats, and all the dishes and supplies you need. Thanks for a great visit!

  Comments: This is a truly amazing place to stay. Staying in old Lahaina is really like old Maui, not the new Kaanapali "super hotel hustle" feel. Aina Nalu is secluded a few blocks off Front street (the main drag in Lahaina) in a very quiet neighborhood. It literally takes just a few minutes to get to the old Banyon Tree and the harbor which are the center of all activityin Lahaina. Walking to and from is not only refreshing, but extremely convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants are super close by. The unit itself is very nicely adorned with full amenities including washer/dryer combo, fridge, TV's in every room, a master suite and a 2nd bedroom. The carpet looks very new and we tried to keep our shoes/flip-flops at the door to help maintain the fresh look. The couch is quite comfy and it is just a very nice place to stay. We did not go to the pool area to swim, but it looked clean and kept up and there seemed to be people there everytime we passed by, so in good shape. The Outrigger folks are friendly as well. The only down side is the parking fee which we found out is paid to the landowner not the Outrigger, so that explains they can't really give you any discounts because that is just passed on to the landowner. This is a place we will definitly return to. Oh, also, if you're suba diving, Lahaina Divers is literally a block and a half away so very easy to get to, and they are amazing. A whole lot of Aloha going there! Great place to make your Maui vacation relaxing and memorable.

  Comments: Carol is a great host. We had a 15 month old grandchild joining us for a few days and Carol provided a booster chair with play toys and a crib for sleeping. We asked for a larger coffee pot and in less than a day we had a 12 cup maker that as a grand help. You will be happy to find how quickly Carol responds to any question or issue before you arrive and during the 10 days we were there. We wanted a place in Lahaina to give us a central western Maui location and the walkability of the town. This 2 bedroom unit is a great comfortable place to sleep and a base for traveling the island.

You had the option of paying for it at the front desk or parking on the street (which was what I ended up doing). It was walking distance from great restaurants so things were so easy to get to. Your home was super clean and had all the necessities we needed. On our last night, we were had a few questions that needed an urgent response. It was in the middle of the night and Carol answered right away. Your hospitality will not be forgotten. Thank you Carol!

  Comments: Pros: Great pool and lanai Close to ice machine Walking distance to many shops and food. Full kitchen. Front and back access for easy unloading. Security is friendly Plumerias for your girl all over Cons: No drink or food near pool (just annoying) Staff at front desk not helpful. Parking is 20 dollars a night (can’t pay nightly you have to pay the whole stay per the front desk).

  Comments: This location is fantastic! What a great area! We had so much fun exploring and checking out front street. The place was cute and clean! I loved the shower! The only issue we had was parking at the resort for the night is $20, which was conveyed ahead of time and finding free parking on the street wasn’t terrible. Overall, would definitely stay again!

  Comments: Carol's place is located right near all the shops and restaurants of Lahaina, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. There is air conditioning throughout the place and the beds are very comfortable. Carol has provided plenty of linens, towels, coffee pot, tea pot and all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place. If I had any negative thing to say it would be that there is not an ocean view, but I didn't see many places offering that, since the shops and restaurants have all the ocean views.
