Space: THE SPACE: Beautiful studio, spacious given the open arrangement and very bright due to two huge windows that fill the space with natural light. LOOK & DECOR: The apartment has dark hardwood floors and metal framed doors for some great NYC vintage charm. At the same time, it is modern and clean with a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. I am extremely organized so the place is really well set up. The decor is beautiful, simple and modern in white and light grey colors for a spacious and peaceful feeling. SLEEPING & STORAGE: The studio provides plenty of room for 2 adults and comfortable sleeping room for a 3rd adult (if two share the bed) given the queen bed and futon - see pictures. I provide sheets, comforters and pillows as well as a foam mattress to make the futon super comfy. Neighborhood Overview: The apartment is located in the East Village only 1 block away from the subway station, which is basically amazing. The East Village is one of the most beautiful and coolest places in Manhattan. The area is residential and fun, with tons of stores, parks, restaurants and bars. At the same time, it is right between Downtown, Midtown and Brooklyn so you can get anywhere on the subway in less than 30 minutes. I'll be happy to give you further help on signtseeing as well as restaurant and coffee shop recommendations!

Notes: I love giving suggestions, recommendations and directions so you have an amazing trip!

Transit: Walk less than 1 block, jump on the subway and you're 15-30 min from all the main attractions. You can literally walk to some of the most appealing ones, which are usually in the lower side of Manhattan, such as Soho, West Village, Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown, etc. Otherwise, you can taxi everywhere for cheap. For example, an Uber pool to Soho would be between $7-10. I'll be happy to give further directions as needed, especially from the international airports.

Access: The entire apartment is for your access and you also have laundry room downstairs. You will be able to do self check-in through a key locker in a Key Cafe in a coffeeshop around the block from the apartment. You can also check in after hours as I will leave the key at a deli open 24hours.

Interaction: If you're booking that means I'm probably traveling. However, I use a co-host service and he'll be available throughout your stay and lives 1 block away! so he can take care of any needs you may have. I will use self-check in via coded lockers - super easy and available 24hrs! I and my co-host will both be available via messenger to answer any question throughout your stay. The space and linen will also be cleaned before and after your stay.
