  Comments: Ich bedanke mich nochmal recht herzlich. Dieser Kontakt ist einfach perfekt sehr freundlich sehr nett hat uns ne Kleinigkeit da gelassen was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Lage direkt an douro perfekte Aussicht von Zimmer/Bett aus ! ❤️ Ich empfehle jeden dieses Apartment sich zu mieten weil es ein einmaliger Ausblick ist, vertraut mir bin sehr zu Frieden !   Comments: This apartment is ultra modern with a fantastic view of the Douro River. Gil is a very responsive host. Taxi drivers may have a challenge finding it, but Uber drivers had no problem. Extremely comfortable bed! We’d definitely stay here again.

  Comments: Hemos estado alojados en el apartamento de Gil este Puente de Mayo y sin duda lo recomendaría!! Las vistas son increíbles, el apartamento está muy limpio y tiene todos los detalles que puedas necesitar para disfrutar de la estancia. Tiene garaje también. Pero lo mejor es Gil, un anfitrión estupendo, muy pendiente de que no te falte de nada, disponible y solícito; sus recomendaciones nos fueron de mucha ayuda!   Comments: The place and location were great! Walking distance to the Port houses. Gil was super helpful with tips and suggestions. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Our one suggestion is that there's a sunken shower/bath in between the bathroom and the bedroom, and it should be raised up or there should be a door as I fell into the shower in the middle of the night.

  Comments: This unit is just gorgeous, perched on top of an old warehouse with incredible river and city views. It is about a 15 minute walk around to all the waterfront hub and port caves. It’s a nice riverside walk, flat and it’s good to escape the crowds. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

  Comments: You wake up to the views of Porto and it is absolutely amazing with the boats sailing by! It’s about 20 minute walk to Porto over the bridge but there are lots of places to stop along the way! The only thing I wish there was a coffee shop close by! The stay was unbelievable and the bed was so comfortable!

  Comments: Just being in the apartment waving at the tour boats going by might end up being one of your best experiences in Porto! Not only is the view spectacular, a short walk takes you to all the restaurants and caves along the river, whilst passing local fishermen on the boardwalk. Gil was an exceptional host, answering questions before and during our stay. We will be back and we will stay here. If this place is available, do not hesitate to book it.

  Comments: The photos do not do it justice. This is a beautiful apartment in a great location with the most stunning views. Gil went above and beyond to make this a comfortable stay. Everything you want to do in Porto is a 10-30 min very pleasant walk away. I have every intention of coming back to stay in this apartment. Not lots of privacy so I’d only go here with a significant other, and not anyone else

  Comments: When you walk through the front door, you are immediately greeted by an amazing view of the river. If fact, it feels as if you are on a tall ship above the water. The building and apartment are well designed and very interesting. Although not in Porto itself, the location is perfect if you have a car and plan to explore. It’s easy to get an Uber if you don’t want to drive.

  Comments: Die Wohnung ist top modern und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Viel wichtiger ist jedoch die nicht zu übertreffende Lage am Duoro. Die Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht ist unbeschreiblich. Es steht kostenlos ein Parkplatz in der Einstellhalle zur Verfügung. Gil ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Vielen Dank durften wir deine Gäste sein!

  Comments: The location is great and within a ten minute walk you are at the Dom Luís I Bridge which is where you see most of the restaurants and touristic attractions. Bring mosquito repellents. Unfortunately there is no A/C and opening the windows on the river attracted some mosquitos. For what it’s worth, the views are worth it and I am assuming anywhere so close to the river you are going to attract some, especially during the summer time.

  Comments: Words cannot explain the view. A bit of a walk to Porto but being outside of the city kept it quiet. The parking garage was awesome to have. We walked everywhere. So many things to do. Such a great time! Thank you Gil!

  Comments: Vielen Dank Gil. Nach dem wir bereits im Juli ein paar Nächte in dieser Wohnung verbringen durften haben wir uns umso mehr auf die Tage im August gefreut. Supertolle Wohnung, besser gehts kaum. Völlig unkomplizierte übernahme und problemlose Kommunikation. Hoffentlich bald wieder....

  Comments: Fantastic appartment! Stunning view already when entering, and from every room. Very clean and newly furbished with modern architecture. It looks even better than on the photos. The appartment is quiet , but still centrally located close to the center of Caia, and just opposite Porto‘s old town. Exceptionell, thanks!

  Comments: Nice apartment with great views of Porto including the bridge and cathedral, right on the river and boardwalk. Secure and roomy parking in a quiet, modern building (no air conditioning, unfortunately) with elevators. Gil was a great host, and his recommendation of the riverside area of Afadura (west of the apartment) for cafes and restaurants was great, as the apartment is in the old warehouse district, where such facilities are scarce.
