  Comments: Linda’s place was very clean and the pictures did match the place. However, the check in instructions were a little unclear. She is also really strict about the check out time, which isn’t that big of a deal but it felt like we were rushed out of there. Overall our stay was pleasant.

  Comments: I booked Linda’s apartment for my parents when they were visiting their new granddaughter. They told me that Linda’s place was very spacious and stylish. Water was hot and the location was perfect- minutes away from food and transportation. Linda herself was very communicative and easy to deal with. They liked it so much I will be staying there later in the year, when I am in New York! Thanks Linda.

She always replied very quickly if I had a question and she was very thorough and made sure to give me all details for a smooth check-in. I would definitely recommend staying with Linda!

  Comments: Linda’s place is close to the central Flushing. Very convenient in access to restaurants and subway. All rooms are clean and nice except they’re at the basement with no windows that could open. Overall it is a nice and affordable place to live if you ever want to stay in Flushing for several days. Safe, clean and the host is very hospital to all questions.   Comments: Linda’s place looked exactly same as the pics show. It is a two-bedroom basement, with no window. There was some odor in living room. Except the odor, the place was clear and nice, Pretty organized. However, it were some problems to communicate with Linda. She cannot provide a clear location to either in Chinese, nor in English. The place was hidden in a living area and She did not have an organized logic to provide check-in instruction. Be prepared before you come, or you’re pretty much on you own :/

  Comments: Linda's apartment looks like it is advertised, with a great location in Flushing (2 min from a supermarket and 5 min away from restaurants). Linda was responsive and as helpful as she could be and the apartment was a great value. The bedrooms are comfortable, each have an AC unit, and the water is hot. However, there was a problem with roaches and while Linda was concerned and came to clean each time I saw more roaches, they would come back every few days. Being there during the US Open, I did not have time to find another place as everything was fully booked. My parents stayed in her apartment months before and did not have an issue, so hopefully it is something temporary. I was also made to use a fingerprint scanner to enter the building door, in which my friend who was staying with me could not get his finger scanned as he was not Chinese. I'm not sure of the logistics there, but Linda offered to come open the door for him any time I wasn't accompanying him. Overall, I would recommend Linda's apartment as long as she finds a long term solution for getting rid of the roaches.

  Comments: Quiet neighborhood but near Flushing Chinatown (walking distance.) The place is newly renovated and is spacious and comfortable. The host was responsive and accommodating (waiting there for me when I arrived) and showed me how how everything works. A nice and hassle free staying experience.
