Neighborhood Overview: The place is right in front of Laurier Park, which is a Montreal highlight. It is also close to trendy restaurants, bars and shop on Mont-Royal Ave. and Laurier Blvd. It is a calm neighborhood, so you will be able to sleep well at night, but there are vibrant places to go out to just a few minutes away.

Notes: Please be mindful of other residents in the building, as it is a quiet neighborhood.

Transit: There is a parking spot behind the building, if you have a car. Please let me know if that is the case so I can arrange for you. Otherwise, public transportation is very accessible (Laurier Metro is a short walk from the apartment), and you can also use Uber or Teo Taxi (Montreal's "local Uber").

Access: The entire place will be yours to use. There are no common areas in the building.
