Space: All appliances and furniture are brand new. You will be sharing the Living-room, kitchen area, and dining room with other Guests. There is a TV, cable, with Free Netflix. There will be a Biweekly cleaning and changes of Bed sheets and Towels, and supplies. Laundries are a half a block walking distance. Full supermarket within 1 block or head to Fulton to shop at Whole Foods or other supermarkets, fruits and vegetables stores. Lot of bars and restaurants with diverse cuisines to chose from. The YMCA is 3 blocks away.

Neighborhood Overview: Come live in one of the nicest and quietest block in Brooklyn tree-lined block. The neighborhood is mixed and had changed a lot! The Police station is 3 Blocks away on Tompkins. You will see police officers all around! There are plenty coffee shops, bars and restaurants lounges around. The area just earned the "Historical Landmark"!

Notes: Only single professionals with good background (checked before signing a lease with them) live in the building and it is non-crowded. They mostly work in Manhattan and few in Brooklyn. They have been staying in the building for a longtime especially the First Floor Tenant (more than 6 years and working in the Midtown area). The House is very quiet and the Super lives right across from the house. This help to keep the house clean, have someone readily available to help and promptly in case assistance is needed and remove the snow as needed.

Transit: Head to Nostrand and Fulton, Grab the A train express line and you will be in 15 minutes in Manhattan. You have as well the choice to pick up the C and G line to make local stops. There are buses in both cross streets and the street before (no more than 1 minute walking distance) to go to wherever you want in Brooklyn or Queen, Long Island, and Manhattan.

Access: You have sole and full access to your private bedroom and your own Private Bathroom. You will be sharing the common areas: Fully furnished kitchen, Dining room, Living-room and all the entertainment center (Internet, cable TV, Netflix,...).

Interaction: I can be reached anytime by email or phone, or when I am around. I like to give to my Guests space and privacy and interact with them when I see them or whenever they need me.

House Rules: -Guests must clean dishes and other areas immediately after usage - House must be quiet from 10:30 PM to 8 AM - It is your responsibility to always give me an accurate count of the number of Guests staying in the apartment. NO MORE than TWO persons staying in the room at any given time. - DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet. There is a waste paper basket in the bathroom to dispose of napkins, paper towels, wet wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons, and dental floss. - Do not walk with your shoes on the rugs. - No walking shirtless Inside/outside your apartment, It could be seen as disrespectful and offensive to other Guests. - All locals without exception must be approved prior to booking a reservation. -No eating in the Sofas. -Other people live on the first floor be mindful when walking on the floor with high hills or noisy shoes. -You must Clean after yourself immediately after using the common areas to ensure your roommates can use the same facilities and tools as
