  Comments: My girlfriend and I spent 8 days at the Kehei Akai condos, apartment C-607. The place was great. Here were some of the things that made it great: ocean view w balcony, fully stocked kitchen, 5 minute walk from 3 great beaches, awesome breakfast spot and the best grocery store on the island within walking distance, beach supplies included - umbrella, cooler, chairs and towels, the property is meticulously maintained and the 2 pools, BBQs and tennis courts are really nice. Highly recommend and would give it a 9/10 for this price range.

  Comments: Very nice apartment for two people! I'm so glad I chose this instead of staying at the resorts in Lahaina. Property was very clean and comfortable. Location is close to beaches and restaurants. There is a conditioner in the unit but it is located in the living room so while it does a great job cooling that space, the air doesn't make it to the bedroom. We had the ceiling fan and table fan on all night and still found ourselves waking up sweating. I'm assuming this is the typical layout of apartments in Maui so just want to give everyone a heads up. Also, you may need to purchase more toilet paper. We stayed for 6 nights and ran out of toilet paper by the 3rd. Not because we used excessive amounts, but that there wasn't enough. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! Check-in was a breeze and did not run into any major problems.

  Comments: Great experience at Kihei Akahi. Centrally located in Kihei and walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. Kihei had great weather even when other parts of the island was rainy. The starter kit of supplies lasted us the entire trip. Only thing we would've liked was if there was a separate air conditioner in the bedroom, but we were able to use the fans in the unit to get the AC into the bedroom. Overall great experience and the host was responsive to our questions.

  Comments: Perfect way to enjoy the island! The condo was right across the street from the beach and Kihei was a great location. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space. Everything that you would need for enjoying the island was provided (towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, body boards, snorkel gear, etc. Also, the management company was quick to respond to emails.

  Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Kihei Akahi C-607 on the top level. Breakfast with Ocean view and a different sunset view every evening across the road. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Towels bed sheets and a lot beach stuff including chairs available.Also the resort is well maintained and organised. Shops and grocery stores around(you need a car) Maui C and C is well organised and easy to communicate with. Upfront communication is very well organised including reminders and rechecks. Very customer service oriented.

  Comments: My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. The condo was clean and came with a perfectly stocked kitchen. (I like to cook a lot.) I thought it was nice that there was coffee samples of Kona beans and bath soaps. It felt welcoming. My favorite part of our stay here was starting out the day eating breakfast on the lanai, looking over at the ocean. Which is literally a couple minutes away. Awesome! Another awesome thing is there are beach toys (beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, etc) for your use. That saved us some $$. I definitely recommend staying here. It's clean, quiet and close to restaurants, bars and beaches. The check in process is a total breeze. We had zero problems at this cozy condo. We'll come back for sure. Kihei is a fun little neighborhood.

  Comments: The host provided plenty of information prior to our stay regarding gaining access to the condo. Once we were there the condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was extremely comfortable and welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. We also loved that it was walking distance to a great beach and in a super quiet and peaceful area.

  Comments: The condo was nice, cozy and clean. It was good to stay there as a party of three. The kitchen was aswell fine. So we could cook our on little dinner or use the bbq grill at the pool. We liked that there was equipment like boogie boards, beach chairs and things for snorkeling which we could take to the beaches. So we had a good time here in Maui.

  Comments: Thank you for allowing us to rent your Maui condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was both spacious and clean. The entire complex was kept up and we always felt safe. Your condo is in a perfect location. The beach located across the street was beautiful and not too crowded. It was within walking distance to some of the best eateries in town. The only suggestion we would make is to place an a/c in the bedroom. It was too warm for us to sleep in. With the only a/c being at the front of the condo and the bedroom being in the far back, we felt there was no other option than to both sleep on the fold out from the couch in the living room. We are from Texas where we're used to the heat, but this was too much to be able to sleep comfortably. On the plus side, we found the foldout to be more comfortable than we imagined. That was a nice surprise and helped the non use of the bedroom a little more tolerable. We found the beach towels, iron, blow dryer and such to be extremely helpful. Thank you for thinking of those little touches that made our stay a wonderful one. We hope to be back someday. Again, thank you!

  Comments: The condo was clean and had an umbrella and beach chairs along with snorkel gear. Nice location across from the beach and with in driving or walking distance to stores. The bedroom was very hot as there is no AC in the room, but I slept comfortably on the pull out bed in the living area with the TV at night. BBQ by the pool made it easy to Grill up steaks. Over all a great condo and great trip.

  Comments: A nice and well maintain top floor condo with a view. Everything works and clean. Could use a better cooling in the bedroom but the unit has ceiling fans, AC in the living room and extra fans. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

  Comments: This condo was in a great location in the heart of Kihei. We were right across from the beach. We were in walking distance to many restaurants and shops on the Kihei strip. The staff from Maui Condo and Car rental were friendly and efficient. We had a few problems with Wifi and entry code but these issues were quickly resolved. The condo was kept clean and had beach chairs and towels - very convenient! If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place to be.

  Comments: Our stay here was really good, close to the beach great central location. Air conditioner was not needed due to the breeze threw the bedroom and patio windows. Thank you for the info on that. My only issues were small things. 1) knives so dull you can't cut to cook. 2) wasn't as clean when we got there as it could be. And maybe foam pillows to have as a spare as people (like me) have allergies to feather pillows. But that's just an idea. All in all our stay was great other then that, and would book again for sure if we came back. Thank you.

The condo was very clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed and more in the condo. The neighborhood was great too, within a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants and to a gorgeous beach. We would definitely rent this place again.

  Comments: My mom and I stayed at this condo for one week and I can say that I if could, I would probably buy it. The condo is really well situated, just in front of Kamaole II which is a great beach for family. We saw lots of turtles there and the snorkeling gear that they provide at the condo helped to see them even closer. At the 6th floor, you can perfectly see the sunset from the balcony. My mom was worried that the room would be too hot at night because of reviews saying that the air conditioned didn't cool the room but Maui's wind not only let us sleep well, it made the condo so comfortable that we never opened the air conditioning of our trip. Other then that, everything was super clean, safe and easy. I will probably go back to this place next time because like a local said at the beach: Maui no ka o'i! Mahalo!

  Comments: This was a great condo to stay in, was clean, lots of equipment in the kitchen and clear instructions on check in/ check out policy's. It was in a great location close to the beach in Kihei. Only thing was we only had 3 towels which made it hard with going to the beach for the two of us.

  Comments: The listing was as shown in the pictures. I loved our stay here. It was our first time in Maui and Kihei was a good home base. This condo was a one minute walk to the beach. Lots of good eats in the area. I like how this condo had vents in the bedroom so at night the cool air could flow through the unit. I would stay here again.

  Comments: Very spacious condo, that has really everything. Often we found a pot only in airbnb listed places, but not here! Full arrayof plates, pots, pans and all cooking utensils! The area itself is really chill and lovely, tennis court has full day of shades, so you can play all day around. Would highly recommend for anyone!

  Comments: Great and convenient location for exploring Maui. Apartment was stocked with useful beach gear and travel books. Only complaint would be that the "Ocean View" description is somewhat misleading since the view of the ocean from the balcony is blocked by other condos. Nonetheless, you're still about a 5 minute walk from the beach.

  Comments: Overall, good experience. The condo is close to beach. When we first arrived, we feel so hot in the bedroom because there is no AC. However, we gradually get used to it in the next few days. There are some extra amenities proved in the condo such as a safety locker, a small cooler and even two boogie boards. The only thing I would complain is only 2 garbage bags were supplied.

  Comments: The unit was very easy to find and checking in was a breeze. It's located just across the street from a gorgeous beach and has many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The condo itself has in-unit laundry, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies/utensils and the air conditioning in the living room worked well. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, which meant some nights were uncomfortably warm, but the unit had electrical fans available to plug in to help with the heat. The unit also had some beach supplies, including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and coolers, which was a nice touch. Overall, the unit was very nice and we certainly enjoyed our stay - I would recommend this condo.

  Comments: Great condo, good location and views. Only cons include really hot and humid bedroom, there was noise from people walking in corridor. Also there was some carpet being placed in outside area causing noise, we weren't informed in advance for it.

  Comments: Maui Condo and Car was a great location and quiet facility right across the street from the Kam Beach II. It was really easy to get into the condo and checking into the front desk was self explanatory. The only downside was how hot the bedroom got with the AC unit being in the living room and we spotted a few roaches in the kitchen area. We understand that trying to keep out bugs in a warm climate can sometimes be unavoidable. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the location in Kihei was fantastic.

  Comments: This was the perfect place to stay for our little vacation. You do have to step on to the balcony to actually get your "ocean view", but it is still beautiful. There are restaurants and shops close by and just a short walk down to the beach. Don't forget to try the snow cones that are just down the road!

  Comments: The location was perfect with the beach across the street and lots of shops a short walk away. The place was as described. The only little things were some of the extra bed sheets we needed for the sofabed had a strange smell and we found a little cockroach in the bathroom. We also had some communication issues about storing our luggage after checkout because it was the holidays and we weren't told about special hours, but overall still a good stay.

  Comments: Easy checkin with a code on the door. We didn't have to even carry around the key. It seems like the building is for older couples but we still had a nice time. Great location! The barmuda triangle (the 4 bars in Kihei) is a 20 minute walk away and you can see the ocean from the balcony. They had bath and beach towels. Very clean.
