Couch's in the living room of flat. couch in living room of a small cozy flat very central location pretty much THE centre of Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui residential , NOT guest house, NOT hotel share bathroom with hosts (their own room) kitchenette, bathroom, limited internet (NOT wifi) interaction with guest assured (good conversation on travel and cultures, etc. over tea or what not), since there is not much privacy in the small flat so you cant avoid talking with me! ;-) you will share the flat with only 1 or 2 people (hosts) so that's much better than a dorm room or hostel! always buzzing with people a huge park with museum, swimming pool, jogging path

Neighborhood Overview: always buzzing with people a huge park with museum, swimming pool, jogging path, gym a small park on a cliff overlooking HK island older neighbourhood buildings mixed with gigantic towers of hotels and shopping malls international cuisines: Beijing, Taiwanese, Indian, Thai, Turkish, fusion, etc. all within 10 min walk. hk.science. museum , hk.art. museum, hk.history. museum - all within 5 min walk 5min ferry to Central, 8min to Wanchai

Notes: -i dont know my availability too ahead of time so you should better book for 7 or fewer days ahead. (I may block the calendar for dates over a month ahead if there are too many advance inquiries. that happens when people did not read these details) -one LITE breakfast included (NON vegetarian) if you are nice. -MAXMIMUM STAY of 2 days -couch CANNOT accommodate TALL travelers, those over five foot nine or 178cm :-(

Transit: 5 min to MTR stations and over 10 different bus lines pass thru, including the airport bus

Access: kitchenette, bathroom, limited internet (NOT wifi)

Interaction: interaction with guest assured (good conversation on travel and cultures, etc. over tea or what not), since there is not much privacy in the small flat so you cant avoid talking with me! ;-) you will share the flat with only 1 or 2 people (hosts) so that's much better than a dorm room or hostel!

House Rules: -house key will NOT be provided -for ONE guest only -shoes OFF in flat -please shower BEFORE going to bed. -NOs: smoking, drug, bringing other people over. -Food and drinks are NOT provided by host, although you can use the fridge to store your own food. -guest MUST leave the flat during the day (when host is NOT around; if you plan to stay in a lot, you're better off looking elsewhere.) -bring a cheerful mentality for the stay.

    Comments: My stay at Guy's place went extremely well! Staying at his place was just what I needed for my trip. It was very comfortable and he made me feel very welcome. Guy is a very smart and accommodating person. He speaks several different languages and is a wonderful conversationalist. He is also respectful and understanding if you prefer some alone time. His place is in a great, central location (in Tsim Sha Tsui). It's quite easy to find and the MTR is very close. There are some nice shops and restaurants nearby. If I were to repeat this trip, I'd do the same thing all over again and stay here. I would easily rate this experience 10 out of 10! Thank you, Guy!

    Comments: Guy was the perfect host! Very friendly, polite, and a good conversationalist. He was able to assist me in my travels and was very accommodating. The apartment is in a great location and close to the subway/metro. I would highly recommend Guy for a trip to Hong Kong~

    Comments: I had a brief yet great stay here! Guy struck me as an incredibly intelligent, and independent thinker. He's also a great conversationalist. I felt very welcomed and comfortable at his place, albeit a couch. A very generous host indeed! A+ recommended!

    Comments: La propriétaire est très gentil, il est sympa, chaleureux. La location est très centre de ville, juste dans la TSIM SHA TSUI, 1 minute on pourra arriver à métro. La maison est petite, mais cool. 位置非常中心,走几步就到尖沙咀最繁华的地方! 还有房东GUI非常的友好,健谈! 热心!

    Comments: Gui,really nice.I was surprised.He met me on the bus station,prepared orange juice for me. And in the morning He can make coffee or breakfast for you. But I was surprised again when he went with me got the bus station(around 5:60 a.m.) Really polite and nice person. If you need to stay for one-two nights with nice price and big help:your welcome !!!

    Comments: Central location in Tsim Sha Tsui near the K11 and Metro station. Gui was a very welcoming host, meeting me at K11, helping me feel at home, and even preparing toast and apples in the morning. He informed me of places to see in Hong Kong. Highly recommend if a coach is sufficient for your stay!

    Comments: 这是在旅行途中歇脚的优选之地,地铁站附近,尖沙咀各个购物场所不远,虽然位置不是很好找,但是可以跟房东在K11会和｡机缘巧合,没仔细看,订的是个公寓合租,沙发,在客厅｡房东是位男士｡但是没关系,挺安全｡
