Space: The photos don't do my place justice - you have panoramic views of stunning Sydney Harbour, which is literally a stone's throw away. My apartment is filled with art and furniture collected in Europe and even upgraded since the photos were taken, especially the artworks. Having said that, it's all very child friendly with locks on all windows and toys for a wide range of ages. I love my tech... NBN wifi is lightning fast, unlimited and streams to wall-mounted screens in the living and master bedroom, and to back bedroom via a repeater. Music is via new Yamaha Bluetooth soundbar in the living room, G Home in the master bedroom and G Home Mini in the kitchen for music and timers when cooking. No real limits on noise, within reason and sensible hours. TV in living room is new Samsung QLED 55" 4K with 4K subscriptions to Netflix and Stan for 4K/UHD streaming which will blow you away, and master bed TV is Samsung 40" HD panel with a Chromecast for Stan/Netflix/streaming from your own devices

Neighborhood Overview: You are literally 20m from Sydney Harbour, Regatta Restaurant & Bar, Rose Bay Marina, bus stops and Tide waterfront cafe! 50m from a hidden beach with kayak hire and playground. 250m from Plumer Road Shopping Village and Rose Bay ferry stop. 500m from a public golf course, tennis courts, seaplane pier, Catalina Restaurant, Rose Bay shops including Woolworth's, dozens of restaurants and cafe, Double Bay shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, and Redleaf Pool, a free harbourside swimming pool set in stunning gardens with its own cafe. Bondi Beach, Westfield Bondi Junction, Centennial Park, Nielsen Park and Paddington are 10 minutes drive. The CBD is under 15 minutes drive or better yet hop on a ferry, while the airport is around 30 minutes drive.

Notes:

Transit: 1 minutes walk to nearest cafe, bar, restaurant, park, beach, bus stop & playground. 5 minutes walk to local shops, golf course, croquet, plus Rose Bay Wharf ferries, water taxis and sea-planes. 10 minutes drive to Bondi Junction train station, Westfield Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach. 15 minutes to the CBD. 30 mins by taxi from airport - around $40 in an Uber. Lots of taxis right out front.

Access: The whole place is all your very own and you'll never hear the neighbours (being on the top floor helps). The laundry is on the ground floor and is coin operated with an industrial quality washer and dryer, plus washing line.

Interaction: I may be overseas or interstate but always on phone and email and I have a team of local help as needed - cleaners, sitters, etc.

House Rules: Smoking is only allowed on the small balcony thanks.

    Comments: The location is very nice. Every morning I can wake up by a very nice water-front view! All the furniture and facilities are luxury and perfect. We had a very nice New Year holiday in this house. Ben is a very nice guy, he help us a lot and gave us many trip advises in Sydney. There is a complimentary parking space, and if you wanna walk or take public transport, it's always very convenience. I think whether you are alone or with families, the apartment is always a best choice!

    Comments: Ben’s place is even better than in the photos, amazing views straight over bay and marina. Beds very comfy, lots of hot water and good heating. Apartment is homely with books and plenty of games for our kids. Ben was quick to respond and gave local tips for cafes and getting about. Had a wonderful stay.

    Comments: We had a wonderful staying at Ben’s place. It is such an awesome (Website hidden by Airbnb) two year old absolutely loves boats and imagine his excitement waking up to boats and ferries everyday! It was such a treat for us to get into town using the ferry; we took the ferry to Barangaroo and Watson Bay for lunch and my son was over the moon. Ben was also great organising things we needed for our baby, like a cot and baby booster seat, and provided little touches like toys, hair dryer, candles, heater in the bathroom etc. (winter when we were there). It was also great that he stocked up! We arrived so late and were so hungry the first night we were grateful there were lots to eat in the fridge and snacks too! The entertainment in this place is awesome, also large sofas great for entertaining if you have people over. I love this location with options of cafes, restaurants, parks and the ferry close by. We treated ourselves to Catalina on the last night and it was so romantic. The only thing I wished for is a coffee machine for some good coffee. We slept fine through the night, but for light sleepers the slight traffic noise is not ideal. All in all a great stay!

    Comments: Absolutely wonderful apartment right on the water at Rose Bay, with a very thoughtful and welcoming host. We particularly loved having the park and small beach just across the road, there's also a cafe and restaurant right there too for added convenience! Ben is a wonderful host, very responsive and flexible with arrangements, he also took a lot of trouble to make the apartment comfortable for our son, with a cot and high chair. It's a fabulous space, would highly recommend it for a lovely place to stay in Sydney!

    Comments: Ben's place is really cool. Very high tech. TVs in every bedroom and living room. It's on the 3rd floor of an older building with a great front view to the bay which brings a nice breeze. It's convenient located to bars, laundry and the ferry. The ferry journey to CBD is just amazing. A must do. It's very quiet to sleep even with the windows open. During the day though there is noise from the cars passing in the busy road.
