Depending on the quantity of snow this winter the parking space can be use but I don't offer a snow clearing service. Ill be away traveling but will be popping by Montréal 2-3 nights a month. I will be researchable via airbnb inbox. And on site Mathieu my co-owner if an emergency occurs. I've lived in this neighborhood for the past 8 years. Neighborhood Overview: I've lived in this neighborhood for the past 8 years. I love that i have access to different transit options; walking, bixi, night buses, 2 metro station on the line that stays open the latest. Or easy with taxi in the major areas. Parking is very easy and accessible. Very quiet but yet in a blink of an eye you can be in the heart of action

House Rules: Dear guest! Welcome to my cocoon. I will be traveling for the next 6 months and hoping to find a couple or 2 roommates that are clean , quiet and respectfull. It's a peaceful building and a nice ambiance between tenants and we syrely would like it to remain this way. 1- So for thes reasons I kindly ask no large parties. 2- As well as no posting, sticking , painting, hanging things on the walls. 3-The furniture in the appartement are brand new and are my personal belongings, please use as if they were yours. You do have to leave the furniture as they are placed. Please no moving things around 4- Theirs a chandelier in the kitchen ; it's for decoration only , please don't light the candles!!! At your arrival I will provide : 2 paper tower rolls Cleaning products Some garbage bags To get you started! I will also provide a cleaning help , 1 time per month of rental but a minimum of tidying and cleaning is required from your part
