  Comments: The unit is in a good location near Central Station as well as museum. We walked down to Circular Quay a couple of days, but it is a long walk. Close to Chinatown. Overall we were pleased with the location. The unit itself is nice and clean. There was laundry in unit which we took advantage of since we are traveling for 5 weeks. Bed was okay, but pillows were not great. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there is a store just downstairs where you an get supplies. Overall I would recommend and we would stay here again.

  Comments: Coffee’s place was great, close to public transit and the fun part of the CBD. It was spacious, clean and convenient. Do note if you are only a party of two and expect to use the sofa bed as a second bed, it will be locked unless you pay a fee.

  Comments: We had some miscommunication between my partner and the host, so my partner didnt really like when checking in. Also, we both really like to take a bath but bathtub was so dirty that we didnt even touch. Except for that everything was fine.

  Comments: Make sure you are provided with the full address including the signage at the entrance of the building. Make sure you are inducted about door entry to the building and the apartment. Make sure you are clearly informed of the floor the apartment is on as the apartment number does not have any relation to the floor number! If you intend to cook in the kitchen then do request the inventory of the cooking pans & pots, crockery (including glasses) and cutlery. Do check if there is and cleaning pads and washing up liquid in the kitchen. Do all these before booking the apartment. Finally, compare the rate of the apartment with a 4 star hotel near by.

  Comments: The apartment is in a good area with lots of good Thai and Chinese restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the Central Station. The flat is rather basic and a bit dated and could use a bit of renovations and a deep cleaning. The kitchen amenities are sparse and not really adequate for a long term stay. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa was not. We were there for only 5 days which was OK. It is pretty much as advertised, but nothing really special. It was reasonably priced for what it was.   Comments: Pontos positivos: Localização excelente no centro, perto de parada de ônibus e de metrô, mercado grande, restaurantes, bares, no centro de Sydney. Apartamento grande de um quarto e tudo novo, com varanda. Muito bem equipado (forno, fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de secar, chaleira, torradeira, micro-ondas, mesa na sala com cadeiras, dois sofás, TV, cama muito confortável no quarto, ótimo chuveiro). Comodidades interessantes (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete líquido de banho, papéis higiênicos, detergente, secador, etc). Coffee é muito prestativo, responde no chat do airbnb muito rapidamente sempre. Check in e check out ocorreram perfeitamente. Pontos a melhorar: Aquecedor não estava funcionando durante a minha estadia. Tampa da banheira era pequena e não segurava a água, portanto não conseguimos utilizar ela. Sofá cama para a terceira pessoa é desconfortável, o colchão é bem fino (uns 5cm de altura), fica a sugestão de, futuramente, trocar por um sofá cama mais confortável.

  Comments: Coffee’s apartment is conveniently located in the CBD, with close access (5-10min walk) to 2 train stations, supermarkets and endless choices of eateries. The apartment is (very) spacious and has everything that we need (washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, utensils, etc). The central heating in the apartment appeared to have broken down and Coffee rushed over to help us with it and brought us new extra blankets. She even called us in the middle of our stay just to make sure we were ok—absolute superhost! We’d give her 50 stars if we could!! Thank you so much for hosting us, Coffee! We’d definitely stay again at your place! Just a note for travellers coming in from Sydney airport: we got cheated by the taxi driver and paid $160 for our ride to the apartment when it should be just around $50. Please check the cost with the taxi driver before getting onto the taxi!

  Comments: 사진과 크게 다르지 않고 위치는 완벽하게 좋았으나, 숙소가 오래되어서 인지 악취가 많이 나서 향초를 한참 켜두었습니다. 냄새가 특히나 화장실과 세탁실 하수구에서 많이 났습니다. 주방욕품 역시 얼룩이 있고 청결하지 못해 주방을 사용 못하였습니다. 체크인 시에 방 호수 및 올라가는 방법에 대한 설명이 부족해서 로비에서 조금 기다렸습니다. 하지만, 체크인 시간 전에 도착했음에도 불구하고 친절히 맞아주어서 오랜 비행의 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다.

  Comments: Coffee’s space was nice and clean. It was nice to have a full living room, bedroom with a king bed, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. There is also air conditioning and an indoor pool in the building. Coffee was a very nice host and very accommodating and quick to respond. We felt very welcome. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment but during our stay the dryer wasn’t working, not the host’s fault. We didn’t mind but asked for extra towels and sheets since we wouldn’t be able to dry ours. She only brought extra towels. The only negatives were that we had to buy some of our own supplies that we thought would have been provided. There were only two rolls of toilet paper provided for our 8-night stay. We also bought our own paper towels, dish sponge, hand soap (bathroom and kitchen hand soaps were only half full), trash bags, and salt and pepper for our food. Even though it didn’t cost much to buy these extra things, we felt they should have been provided for the price we paid. Overall it was a good space and we enjoyed our stay.

  Comments: Parfait pour la communication, la localisation de l’appartement et des loisirs offerts sur place. La piscine et la salle de sport sont des vrais atouts pour le séjour. A 3 minutes de « Central Station » idéal pour se rendre partout dans la ville. Apparemment au calme et Coffee toujours présent pour répondre à nos attentes. Ce séjour était tout simplement formidable. Très belle expérience.

  Comments: 외국인들 후기에 베리 클린, 클린이라은 얘기가 많아서 깨끗한 줄 알았는데 아니에욥^*^ 생각보다 낡았고 못 쓸 정도는 아니었는데 와!!!깨끗!! 이정도는 아니었지만 뭐,,, 쓸만하네,,, 정도였어요 위치는 뮤지엄역에서 5분, 센트럴에서 5분 정도로 엄청 좋아요 근처에 12시까지 하는 coles도 있어요 가격 대비 가성비는 굳! 전반적으로 만족하지만 화장실이 호텔급으로 깨끗했으면 하면 별로일 거 같아요
