  Comments: The location is very prime, but be warned, because it's a very noisy part of town! That aside, the window blocks out the noise, just don't expect to sleep well if you keep the windows open at night. The place itself is very clean and looks nice. The location is very close to all of the shopping you can handle.

  Comments: We really liked Darya and Edhar's place - although it is small it is clean, has a comfortable bed and really good location near to restaurants and bars, metro station and some of the main tourist sites! The room also had a nice small shared kitchen with lots of utilities like a water filter and coffee machine which we really weren't expecting! Perfect for people visiting the city who just need a place to crash but also want a bit of comfort - will definitely be back when we return.. Thanks

  Comments: I highly recommend staying at Darya & Edhar's apartment! Edhar is responsive and respectful. Call or text and he will respond. Though keep in mind that English is not their first language, they make the effort to be understood and help out! Location: - It is right next to the hip area of SoHo and Tribeca. There are tons of shops and hip dining areas (though Tribeca is better for that). - The Metro (Canal St) is about 3-5 min walk. Easy peasy! - I go to CRUNCH gym, and there was a location 10 mins away. - I walked to Ocolus and that was a 20 min walk! I went to Harlem and that was a 25-30 min subway ride. General: - The place was incredibly clean, though not spacious. - The kitchen had everything you need, utensils and microwaves, etc. - The room itself was clean and incredibly comfortable. The comforter was so soft! - They provide towels, but I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as they don't have those items. Plus I actually forgot my jacket after I checked out! And he helped me get it back. Generally, great stay! I highly recommend!

  Comments: The building and apartment is VERY clean, Edhar are incredible host, he went above and beyond to make my stay superb. The bedroom is decent size and the bed is SOOOOOO comfy. But that place is all about location!!! You are right in the heart of NYC, which never sleeps. There are a ton of beautiful restaurants and vibrant bars. But at the same time once you are in the apartment it is all quiet! Would love to stay here again!

  Comments: Great location! Super walkable to everywhere downtown. Easy to get a cab nearby. It was easy to communicate with Edhar. I appreciated him letting me leave my bag post check out time. In the interest of a fully fair review, I did think the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the sink. I also thought it was odd that the bed did not have pillows separate than the decorative ones and that there was no top sheet, but simply a fitted sheet and the comforter.

  Comments: Loved it! Great small apartment blocks away from restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom worked well - and the mattress is super comfortable!

The apartment is very small, but if you're just looking for a place to rest your head, it's perfect. There are tons of shops nearby and the bed was very comfy. No complaints here.
