Ideal for open minded persons who wants to share their experiences and meet new people form all over the world! Everybody here is from Airbnb. The room is full-furnished, it has a great wardrobe. The flat has a huge, beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and a quiet talk with another guests from the apartment. There is a big living-room with a table that you can use as well. 2 bathrooms, adapted for a people with a disability. The kitchen is full furnished as well (fridge, microwaves, oven, plate, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and squeezer). High speed, free WIFI with a good signal around whole apartment. If you need anything, dont hesitate to ask me!

Neighborhood Overview: The house is not at the city center, but situated in a quiet, beautiful, safe neighborhood of Barcelona Clot! Its 25-minutes walking to the beach Marbella, the best of the city! On its area, there are all the supermarkets with a very good prices, a lot of bars, restaurant. A 10-minutes walking, it’s a big shopping center. Nearby, you can find a beautiful green parks.

Notes:

Transit: The metro station Clot (L1 and L2) or Navas (L1) is situated 5 minutes away from the flat. These lines leave you in the city center in just 5 minutes (Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia). Good connection with the airport: train station Clot-Aragó is about 7 minutes walking from the flat and train runs every 30 minutes. The bus station Nord is 5 minutes by metro form the apartment (Arc de Triumf L!). And train station Sants is 15 minutes by metro (L2 and the L5). Nearby there is a bus line, including the night ones, that will take you to everywhere you want!

Access: The common areas are shared with other guests, like kitchen, living room and bathrooms. We clean it every day in order to keep everything in a proper and nice way! The towels and bed sheets are from laundry. If you need any change of sheets, towels or just cleaning, please let me know and Ill go immediately to fix it :) Washing machine: the cost is 5€. If you would like to wash some clothes, please, put it on a bag and give it to me or leave it next to the wash machine. I'll wash it and will give it back to you on the next day!

Interaction: I would like to offer you the best service so you could feel yourself here at home! As its not a hotel, but just the apartment, I would ask you please to let me know about any detail that could improve your stay! Also dont hesitate to ask me any doubt before booking, ill be happy to answer all your questions so to avoid misunderstandings. I dont live at the apartment, but Im always online to help you!

House Rules: - 1. Sonreír! 2. GUARDAR SILENCIO ABSOLUTO desde las 21hrs hasta las 8hrs: -no hablar alto -no andar con tacones -no arrastrar las maletas, sino llevarlos en la mano - no secarse el pelo con el secador - cerrar las puertas con cuidado 3. Las fiestas están prohibidas, igual que el consulo de alcohol 4. Fumar solamente en la terraza. Esta prohibido fumar dentro de la casa 5. Desde las 21hrs hasta las 8hrs en la terraza solamente puede estar una persona. 6. No tirar nada del balcón, ni las ventanas 7. Las visitas de amigos se hablan conmigo con antelación. El incumplimiento de las normas puede causar la cancelación de la reserva por mi parte en cualquier momento. Os estaré muy agradecido si seguís las normas y respetáis a los vecinos.
