Neighborhood Overview: Our condo is located in North Kihei, for easy access to other areas of the island, including only 15 minutes from the airport! Adjacent to the resort is the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, along with the historical 16th Century Alii (Royal) Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. Protected by offshore reefs, the pond provides a safe swimming area for children and those who prefer a gentle surf.

Notes: If you are interested in using the kitchen on the roof lanai then you need to call the front desk at Menehune Shores to discuss booking it for your event. The nightly rate includes mandated Hawaii State taxes. We collect and pay TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) and GET (General Excise Tax) for a total of 14.4166%. We pay these taxes to the State for each of our Owners.

Transit: I highly reccomend having a rental car while on Maui because there will be so much you will want to see and experience. However, there is. public transportation through the Maui Bus, with a bus stop right by the complex.

Access: When you book this unit you have exclusive use of this entire condo for your dates of stay.

Interaction: I'm very communicative with my guests and happy to answer any questions you have. I remember how I felt the first time I was coming to paradise, and enjoy being able to share that experience with you!

House Rules: - No shoes in unit- Hawaiian Style! GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT – Menehune Shores #621 1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Check-in time is 3 p.m. Hawaii time & Check-out time is 11 a.m. Hawaii time. Late check-out will result in an additional charge unless arrangement are made IN WRITING. 2. NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING unit. 3. NO PETS - Pets are not permitted 4. Hawaii State Taxes: the tax rate is always subject to change, by the State of Hawaii. We are mandated to collect these taxes and pay them. Therefore, if the tax rate changes prior to your dates of stay, we will need to collect any additional taxes due prior to your arrival. 5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation of a reservation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty.
