  Comments: Min was a very accommodating host. We were in Sydney for an appointment that ran longer than expected so our check in changed a few times and Min was very understanding. Any questions I had were answered quickly and the units location is very convenient. It is a 10 minute walk from Central station, across the road from World Square (restaurants, cafes and Coles), 5 minutes to Museum Station and China town is very close too. The unit was clean, having two bathrooms was very convenient, the massage chair is wonderful and there is a nice view from the balcony. The only suggestion I would have is some more pillows on the bed, but this is a personal preference. I would definitely look to stay here again while in Sydney.

Only down side is the bathrooms, the shower is more of mist water instead of actual normal water running, preventing a good shower after a long day.

Should point out that the entry system is a fully electronic from the front door, through the elevator to the apartment door - no need to walk past an inquisitive receptionist, etc.

  Comments: Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht zwischen vielen Hochhäusern, was am Abend einfach gigantisch aussieht. Man geht ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Opera House, hat aber innerhalb von 4 Gehminuten Zugang zu 2 verschiedenen Train-Stations, welche in 2 Stops beim Circular Quay sind. Das Apartment ist sehr gross, man hat zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer und eine grosse Küche. Ich hätte mehrere Wochen dort verbringen können, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle diese Unterkunft absolut weiter.

  Comments: Min's place is lovely and in an excellent location - very convenient. It was a perfectly sized place for my sister, my neice and I. Beds and couch were comfy and the inclusion of some toiletries in the bathroom was much appreciated. The key did not work upon check-in, however Min was able to come over and arrange for entry and it worked fine the next day. We would stay here again. Tip: you can park across the road in the World Square carpark for pretty reasonable (inner city) rates.

  Comments: Barring one issue, this was a nice place to stay and very convenient. That one issue was that there was a sign by the elevator that greeted when we arrived, CLEARLY stating that airbnb was illegal in the building and we could be evicted. If you don't care about that kind of thing, this is a great place to stay. As for me, I found it very stressful.

  Comments: Great location, right across World Square with Coles Supermarket at the basement. Close walking distance to Darling Harbour, Sydney Tower Eye, Hyde Park and BigBus station. There was 1 night where both lifts are out of service, couldn't get down for dinner, luckily we have some food in the apartment which was meant for next day breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, massage chair is plus point at the end of the day after more than 15,000 walking steps.

  Comments: Location is great and the massage chair was a bonus. But the second bedroom is very very small and the shower door in the en-suite does not shut properly and water goes everywhere. Min’s communication was fine and it was easy to gain access. There also seemed to be some question about the “legality” of an Air BnB in that complex.

  Comments: The apartment had an outstanding location. It is very closed to World Square with shops and Coles supermarket. It is closed to train stations as well (Town Hall station and Museum station). The house is very clean when we checked in. It has everything that we need. The host is very careful, actively contacted me for the check in, check out, and when I asked. Very quick response. My family love the massage chair. It works well. Just 1 small thing is about the bathrooms. The glass doors cannot be shut properly so water comes out to the floor while showering.
