  Comments: Unsafe secondary stove top plugged into the wall with a Chinese adaptor that makes physical sparks and that could burn the place down, dead cockroaches in shower and kitchen cupboards, not very clean.

  Comments: Xinhui's apartment is in a quiet little street, very clean and tidy, and everything is the same as the picture. There is a convenience store nearby, everything is convenient and totally beyond our expectations. Thanks to xinhui for providing free luggage.

  Comments: The apartment was cosy for myself as I was travelling alone and stayed for 3 nights. It would fit a couple perfect. There is a double bed with nice quilts, it was comfortable for me. Good lightings, internet and TV were all working well during my stay. What you see in the picture, is exactly how it is. The Location is very safe, especially since it is very nearby UTS where u have lots of students roaming around. The location is excellent, very near Central Mall and HayMarket. I could even walk to the Fish Market and Darling Harbor in 15 mins. I highly recommend the apartment by Xinhui. He made renting very easy and was very very quick in responding if you needed any information.

  Comments: A clean and very spacious apartment with tons of storage. The Bosch washer / dryer is a great addition although an iron would also be useful for business travelers like myself. Xinhui is friendly and accommodating. Check in is super easy with keys in a combination locked box and the apartment is quiet but well located for the city.

  Comments: The place is located right in the central Sydney. Short distance to everything. Everything is great except the room could be much cleaner. There was dust in the bathroom. And there was no dish rack.

  Comments: As per previous comments, issues with cleanliness and lack of crockery/towels upon arrival. Able to contact owner and he provided new towels, coffee cups, dishrack, tea towels etc the first morning and provided a small refund which was appreciated. Main bed is soft but comfortable. Very convenient location, mostly walked to nearby places or into town. Easy to get to/from airport.

  Comments: Studio apartment, about a 10-15 minute walk down to darling harbour, which was perfect for us attending a conference at the convention centre. Easy checkin. Good apartment all round. Would stay again!

  Comments: What a great spot! Easy access and fantastic little apartment. Such an easy walk into China Town and darling harbour. Coming from Sydney ourselves we have stayed in lots of places and this little part of town was great for us and our kids. You do need to sort out parking but small price to pay. Our host was a champion and place was clean and well set up. Will be back.

  Comments: Great location and spacious studio apartment. Perfect for two but could easily accommodate two couples with the fold out sofa. Everything you need to be a good base for Sydney:)

  Comments: Neat and open studio space with lots of storage units. The bed was super comfy. The walls are very thin though so you can hear noises from next door, however the neighbourhood itself is very peaceful. The bathroom is nicely renovated and clean but there were mosquitoes hanging around possibly because the front window was left open before we arrived. Would not recommend cooking as the kitchen is very small. The fish market is also a walkable distance away. Overall great spot :)

  Comments: I love the location, very closed to next bus stop( just 15 minute walk- turn right and turn left) walk to broadway street. Near spicy alley and shopping mall.China town is just 15-20 minute walk. Great location and room as described.1 thing is minus just the master bad. To soft for me, but i really love the Room design.I will stay here again next Time.

  Comments: Central location. Great communication from host before my trip made checkin a breeze. It’s a nice apartment, but had trouble locking the door which easily jammed, so at times didn’t feel as secure.

  Comments: This is in a great location, being walking distance to Broadway Shopping Centre and the ICC. The space is one room with a bedroom cupboard as a divider which I didn't realise at first. The only major downside for our stay was there wasn't a microwave. Otherwise it's a lovely, fresh & clean place to stay.

  Comments: Thanks for having us Xinhue however I wasn’t really pleased with the stay. There is only 1 bed and a fold out couch that is claimed to be a bed but really isn’t. There’s bugs in the shower and a hotel is cheaper. Wish I had a better experience but I didn’t.. The place is smaller than expected too... Thanks for preparing the rooms though.

  Comments: Great location and base to explore the city, near the central station, short walk to Darling Harbour. The flat is as you can see on the pictures, nice, modern and spacious. The kitchen is relatevely well equipped for some small cooking or breakfast. There are also really good place for coffee and breakfast right around the corner. The host is really reactive and nice, indications to find and access the appartment were clear and easy. Check-in was smooth. Only the cleanliness was not up to my preference.

  Comments: Good value for money - location was an excellent base for exploring Sydney, being so close to Central Station. Fitted out with all the basics - kitchen had cooking utensils, but the microwave/oven is a bit confusing and we couldn't find any instructions. The sofa-bed was more comfortable than the mattress and there was plenty of space in the studio apartment.
