  Comments: The location is really ideal, the room is as it is described, tiny with a tiny bathroom but perfect for a lone traveller like myself! I spent 4 nights there and I never actually met Ken but he immediately replied if I needed help, like when I was checking in. His mum was there and she made sure I was all right, always asked in the evenings if I’d eaten. :) She doesn’t speak much English but she understands and speaks Mandarin. Overall my trip was fantastic and I would really recommend Ken’s place for short term stays in Hong Kong!

  Comments: Ken's place was awesome! It's small but very cozy and incredibly clean, located in a very convenient area with easy access to 3 different metro stops. Ken's mom is such a lovely lady too! Although she doesn't speak much English or Mandarin, she still made me feel so warm whenever we spent time together. Highly recommend this stay for solo travelers who like to explore different areas in HK but still enjoy a good night sleep and good shower at a cozy and warm place.

  Comments: Ken's place is just as described and worked perfectly for me for my short stay in Hong Kong. As I only stayed for one night I didn't have the chance to meet Ken but his mother was there to greet me. Overall good value for money.

  Comments: Best value for money! The place is extremely clean and close to the MTR. You'll find everything you need. Special note for Ken's mom who is the most adorable person ever. She doesn't speak english but she truly is a lovely human being that made my stay unique.   Comments: Ken is a great host with a very cozy place. The room I rented was tiny (as expected in HongKong), but it has everything you need, including a private bathroom. The host is very helpful with directions and advice on local areas. The location of the airbnb is wonderful, it is close (about 3 min) to Austin station. It is near convenience stores and restaurants (including a decent dimsum place).

  Comments: Ken was very communicative and the pictures show exactly how the room looks like, small and renovated. Location was very central close to cheap local restaurants and Austin MTR. However, I wouldn't come back again since I had constructions every day during the week between 9am and 6pm. If you're planning on a late night out be sure to check that issue with Ken. To be fair he offered me a full refund in exchange of switching a flat. Also, note that the WiFi signal is very weak, and I wouldn't count on it for working or having video calls. I hope that these problems would be addressed by the time the next guest will arrive, but if non of these bothers you, this room would be an excellent choice for you!

  Comments: I was very happy with my accomodation in Hong Kong. Probably the best option for the price(for a single traveler). The room is small(as any room you'll find in Hong Kong), but very clean and tidy. It also has an attached bathroom, which is very unusual for Hong Kong, but sooooo convinient, even if its tiny - but it is yours! :) The location is great - only 1 minute walk to Austin MTS station and 1 min walk to the nearest bus stand. 7-11 shop is in the same building, as well as dry-cleaning and any other shop you need. Ken and his mother are an amazing people and very thoughtful hosts. The Mom doesn't speak english, but it was never a problem - she reminded me so much of my Mom, big heart and a lots of love :) She provided everything(hot water for tea, fresh towels etc.) and yet kept very delicate distance (important thing when you are renting a room at someones family apartment). Will definitely come to Hong Kong again - as now I know the best place to stay where :)

  Comments: I booked it one day in advance coz it's a sudden trip. During the whole booking process, I asked the location, and says I'm gonna arrive late and if it's ok to book. Ken only said it's ok and then he disappear. The whole afternoon and night he was not replying, and the next morning no replying as well, also cannot reach by phone call. I was about to head to airport and had no idea how to check in.... I had to call Airbnb to cancel it and book a new place on the day I'm travelling. I'm super mad at this bad experience.

  Comments: I had an awesome time in Hongkong and Kens place was just perfect for my short stay. The apartment location is close to the metro and it is easy to get around in the city from there. The room was small, but nice and clean. It has everything you need. I really liked the hospitality of Ken, his mother and his girlfriend. I can recommend this room to anybody who wants to experience Hongkong for a few days.

The room is small but there was everything i needed and even an own bathroom! The apartment is also very cozy and stylish. Very good experience!
