  Comments: Beautiful, immaculately clean. This is a lovely quiet area, but with great bars (fantastic craft beers) and coffee shop just over the road. It has a beautiful balcony looking out to sea, we spent most of our time out here when we were not exploring the island. It was easy to jump down the road to Lahaina or Kaanapali. Jan was a great host and really prompt at responding to correspondence and supplied loads of helpful information, especially helpful for us as we were travelling to the islands for the first time.

  Comments: Lovely and large one bedroom with a great view and easy beach access. We sat on the balcony daily and took walks along the water. Double sinks and double shower heads. No tub if you like to soak. Almost everything you need in the kitchen plus quiet in room washer/dryer. If we visit Maui again, we'll definitely stay here - good value.

  Comments: Exactly as advertised. Jan is an awesome host. Khahna is a great part of west Maui ...right between Napili and Kaanipali/Lahaina so it’s all at your fingertips. Have fun...we did...!

  Comments: Right on the ocean. Well kept grounds. Updated and well equipped suite. Jan is easily reached and provides some wonderful tips to get the best out of your island time. Ample parking. Location is great, walkable shops close by for a few things or some morning coffees. Short drive south to larger markets. Beach is swim friendly. Currently it is being protected with sand bags to prevent erosion which makes actually getting to the sand and water a little dicey but doable. If someone in your party has mobility issues, this might be a challenge but there is a beach access just south of the neighboring resorts that might be easier to access. Saw some snoozing turtles on the beach which was awesome. We had a lovely stay and would happily visit Jan’s place again.

  Comments: Clean, organized, and a superb view of the ocean. We ended up having all of our dinners in the lanai and watched the sun set; it'd beat any restaurant in the area. A very quiet beach just at the doorstep of the apartment where I enjoyed some swimming along the shore. Even spotted some turtles. Mahalo to Jan for sharing this place with us!

  Comments: Wonderful view from the balcony. The unit was better than expected, very clean and so spacious with lots of storage for a family of four. Conveniently located and a nice, well-maintained building. So handy to have chairs and umbrella and beach towels already there. Great stay and highly recommend!

  Comments: Jan was an amazing host. Her tips are great! We loved staying at her place, it is way better than we expected. It feels like home. We had a great view+++ which we usually ended having our meals mosly breakfast at the patio. Hearing those waves crashing and birds chirping is a way to start the day. It is a peaceful and relaxing place. We will certainly booking at this place again!

  Comments: This condo is a real paradise in the hawain paradise. Everything was just perfect. Clean, clear, quiet place, good location. We will definitly want to come back. One word for our vacation at thïs condo: PERFECT. Cet endroit est juste parfait. Tellement bien placé, très propre. Jan prend le temps de nous donner des explications claires sur toutes les activités que l’on peut faire, les meilleurs achats à effectuer. Cette hôte est juste PARFAITE.   Comments: The pictures online are accurate of the condo, very clean with beautiful view. Despite sandbags from the previous storms there was plenty of room to walk along the beach, swim or just enjoy the view. We came with our children and they too felt it was a wonderful comfy condo. Would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: My wife and I stayed at Jan’s place for four nights in July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views of the pacific were amazing and the condo was very clean. You are within walking distance of a small variety store and rental store. If you enjoy snorkeling there is an amazing place 15 minutes away .(Honolua Bay)

  Comments: Jan’s place was paradise in paradise. The views were incredible and I found myself out on the lanai every morning. Jan was the perfect host from start to finish. She provided excellent tips on everything from food to activities to beaches and more. You’re right across from Boss Frogs where just about anything can be rented and if you love sushi you HAVE to stop over at Miso Phat’s across the street. It was a little toasty due to no a/c but we spent so little time there it wasn’t an issue. The unit is clean and well cared for. The shower is a HUGE plus. We didn’t want to leave!! This was my friends first time to Hawaii and he was already looking to buy his own place there. This place was magical. We will definitely be back.

  Comments: Mahalo Jan and Paul for the use of your unit! We stayed in unit 402 for two weeks in Feb 2019. The unit was lovely and had everything we could have asked for. The view was awesome and we watched many whales breaching off the lanai. The condo was located right in the middle of two of our favorite beach hangouts so was an easy drive to get to. There was also a great pizza pub just across the road we could walk to. The beach out front was nice to grab our morning coffee and walk along. Jan was easily reachable when we had a question. We are already planning another trip back!!! Toni Rotar
