  Comments: Staying at Emmy's place was okay, and I would recommend it for the price, which is probably the cheapest you can find around. The house, as well as the room, is probably not the greatest, but you're absolutely paying what you get. I only had two minor issues: 1) I thought that 'flexible check-in' meant: 'tell me when you arrive and I'll open the door'. It's not like this, at least not in this case. I was arriving at 11PM/midnight and Emmy informed me she couldn't check me in and asked me to find another place where to stay. The problem was I didn't have the possibility to book another room as I was boarding the plane to get to Sydney, and I didn’t want to arrive to a place I didn’t know, late at night, without even knowing where to go to sleep. Luckily Emmy found a solution and I was granted access to the house. I haven’t seen Emmy during my stay, but I saw Patrick, who I think manages the room when she’s not there. They have both been nice and for any issues I encountered they were there to help. The house is a boarding house, so although you’ll have a private room, you’ll be sharing it with other people. The ones who were at Emmy’s when I was there were very nice as well! 2) The bathroom wasn't too clean and the room was a bit dusty, which made it difficult for me to sleep, being allergic to dust. As I paid a cleaning fee, to be fair, I was expecting a higher standard in terms of cleanliness. If I hadn't paid that, it would have been totally understandable. But again, as it is cheap and they are nice, I absolutely recommend staying at Emmy’s!
