Neighborhood Overview: The neighbourhood is unique: the CBD offers world class restaurants, the iconic Opera House, the renowned Botanic gardens, boutique theatres (e.g. Angel Place; The Genesian; The Ensemble Theatre just across the Harbour Bridge); Darling Harbour is right next to us; striking distance of the historic Rocks precinct if you wish to sample fantastic craft ales and enjoy a pub meal; three Olympic pools and gyms including Cross fit 1 block away, to work off the calories. 7/11 convenience store downstairs.

Notes: Please note that there is no lift in this heritage listed building. Please arrange with the host if you would like assistance in carrying luggage and this will be gladly provided. The check-in / check - out time can be negotiated if there is no clash with other guests departure / arrival time, so please message me to check.

Transit: 1 block away from Town Hall train station--a major hub and on the Airport line (25 mins from airport). But if you're keen to explore, the best way is on foot; with major world class attractions, shopping districts, restaurants, movies, opera, art galleries, museums, pools and gyms all withing walking distance.

Access: It is a shared apartment. You are provided with your own security fobs to access the building, apartment key for the apartment, and room key for your own room. You are very welcome to make use of living room, kitchen, and laundry. Please feel free to enjoy our book collections during your stay.

Interaction: I live right next door to this apartment and I keep one upstairs room for my own use during the day. Thus I will be available to offer assistance throughout your stay. My flatmate Matt lives in the master room upstairs and he is overseas often with work. We respect your privacy and value your comfort during your stay at our place, but we are also very happy to have a chat or provide information e.g. good theatres, bars, pools etc. should you require.

    Comments: Logement situé à 10 min à pied du city town, l'arrêt de train venant de l'aérport. Appartement charmant, très lumineux avec accès à une cuisine bien équipé si besoin. Literie très confortable avec climatisation si besoin. Quartier commercant juste à côté, accès facile pour les principaux sites à voir (que ce soit à pied ou en utilisant les tranports). Notre hôte Holly s'est montré d'une grande gentillesse à son accueil et était arrangeante. A recommander sans problème.
