  Comments: Famille très gentille et très arrangeante, petit problème de confusion pour l'adresse lors de notre arrivée mais cela s'est bien passé. Seul souci à noter cependant reste la barrière de la langue avec Rosângela qui ne parle pas du-tout anglais ni français (David étant absent), nous avons donc eu beaucoup de mal à nous comprendre; mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une fin de séjour très agréable ! :)

  Comments: During our stay David was in some trip so he wasn't at home, but he responded for all messages and navigated us directly to the location. Tips were really helpful and clear. On the place there was Rosangela - real angel :) Even she doesn't speak english perfectly, she is so warm and helpful, that you can't feel bad in her company. Flat is clean and prepared. Really good stay!

  Comments: David and Rosangela made our stay a pleasant one. Their place is about 10 min walk from the metro. They are renovating, the kitchen it will be finished in December and the bedroom it was freshly painted. In the first night it was cold but David gave us a blanket and solved the problem. In the last night we shared a bottle of wine and had a great time.

  Comments: L'appartement de David et Rosângela est très bien placé, juste à côté d'une ligne de bus et à 5 minutes du métro pour aller à Porto. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres ! Il y a de nombreux restaurants dans les rues de Matosinhos, tout est accessible sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Rien à redire sur notre séjour chez eux.

  Comments: David e Rosângela, obrigada pela hospitalidade nas 18 noites que fiquei hospedada na vossa casa. O local fica 10 minutos a pé do metrô, possui parada de autocarros próximo, lojas, cafés, mercados a menos de 5 minutos, a 30 minutos a pé da praia. um excelente local para quem deseja tranquilidade e conforto. O quarto estava limpo,tinha uma ótima televisão com Netflix, o banheiro se mantinha sempre limpo. Obrigada pela hospitalidade...Super Recomendo

  Comments: We had a great stay in matosinhos. Lovely hosts and a nice and clean apartment. We arrived later then expected but David was still up and even picked us up from the metro station. Our hosts also gave us great tips where to eat and what to visit. The town is lovely and not crowded with tourists. We‘d definetly love to book here again ❤️

  Comments: We stayed one week with David and Rosângela and it could not have been better. The apartment and the room were very clean and everything was as advertised. We did not see Rosângela too often, but David was a communicative host and offered helpful tips for what to see and where to go whenever he could. Connection to both the city center of Porto and the airport are good (both easily reachable within 30mins) and the neighborhood itself is quite lively and close to the beach.   Comments: I loved my stay at David & Rosângela’s place. The place is clean and quite comfortable. My only complain - it was somewhat chilly during the night. But after all, it was not a very good season (end of March). I think it is not a problem during a summer. The location is very good. Close enough to the public transport and not far from the beach. There are also many small shops and restaurants. I personally prefer to stay away from the noise of the city center. Plus you can better see how locals live. I didn't talk much with Rosângela, but had many interesting conversations with David. Very nice person, who is always eager to help you. Next time I visit Porto I will definitely stay there again. But this time I will probably go in summer.

  Comments: Wszystko było zgodnie z opisem. Pokój mały ale w zupełności wystarczający na kilka dni. Nie było żadnych problemów ze swobodnym dostępem do wspólnej kuchni i czystej łazienki. Darmowy parking z tyłu budynku, kawiarenka tuż przy wyjściu i spokojna dzielnica ze świetnym jedzeniem w zasięgu 15min spaceru wieczorem były dla nas dodatkowym atutem. Gospodarzy przy naszym trybie zwiedzania widzieliśmy raczej rzadko, ale mimo to udało się odbyć kilka krótkich porannych bardzo sympatycznych pogawędek. Dzięki za gościnę!

  Comments: 한적한 주택가이면서 버스나 메트로 타는 곳도 가까워서 위치도 좋고 호스트들도 아주 친절하고 좋았습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았으나 방안에 거울이 없어서 좀 불편했네요. 테이블도 하나 있으면 좋았을 것 같구요.

David udzielał wskazówek jak dojechać, odpowiadał nam na wszystkie nasze pytania. Gospodarze byli naprawdę gościnni, pomocni i otwarci. Zaprosili nas nawet na swoją prywatną imprezę.   Comments: Pobyt u Davida a Rosângely bol fajn , dobrá lokalita , metro bolo asi 5 minút peši , naokolo veľa malých kaviarni a obchodov . Oproti cez cestu bol lunapark , z čoho sme sa veľmi tešili . Byt je asi 15 minút od pláže . Do Porta jazdí metro takže to bolo super bývať v kľudnejšej štvrti . David a Rosângela nás milo privítali a všetko ukázali a vysvetlili ( zabudli nám dať wifi heslo , ale aj tak sme boli väčšinu času mimo bytu takže nám to vôbec nevadilo :) ), dali nám typy , čo by sme mohli vidieť v Porte a vždy boli ochotní odpovedať na naše otázky . Byt bol vždy uprataný a čistý. Nemali sme žiadny problém s ničím. Pri odchode nám postrážili našu batožinu, kedže sme museli odísť doobeda a let sme mali až neskoro večer. Určite odporúčam toto ubytovanie

  Comments: David & Rosangela's place felt really nice, they obviously care about their guests very much. David provided us with tips on what to do around in Matosinhos and city centre. Pro tip: do visit the bakery right next to the front door and have some pastels and coffee there for breakfast, you won't be disappointed. It's the best way to start your day, guaranteed. :)

  Comments: David und Rosângela sind großartige Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation vor der Reise und während des Aufenthalts hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage, etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Porto dafür aber näher am Flughafen und am Strand, war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man auch sehr schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt einen weiteren Aufenthalt bei David und Rosângela gebucht haben. Ich empfehle die beiden als Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiter!

  Comments: Ubytování je blízko metra A, kterým se dá za 45 min dostat jak na letiště, tak do centra. Velká a čistá pláž je cca 15 minut chůze. Oba hostitelé jsou moc milí, David žil několik let v Americe, tedy umí perfektně anglicky a rád si take anglicky povídá. :-) Nebojte se poptat na karaoke večer, byla to opravdu sranda!

  Comments: Great people and a really nice enviroment. We had a microwave and a fridge for our own and we could cook whatever we wanted. Great value and no unpleasant experiences whatsoever. Really kind hosts and helpful at all time. We rented a car and it was 20 mins to the center, but you can also go by tram and by bike (they have a pair for rent).

  Comments: David and Rosangela were very nice hosts and super flexibel with Check-In. Everything was perfect and just as in the description :-) it was quite easy to find a parking lot and it was a quiet area. In case you’re traveling without car you should know that it is a bit far from the center of the city but via car no problem, we reached the Ribeira within 20 minutes. Thank you again - we would come back and recommend.

  Comments: Rosangela's and David's place is in a good location to explore Matosinhos and go to the beach. The room we stayed in was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. The washroom was very clean as well. The kitchen is very modern and clean but it was tight sharing it with another couple and the owners in the morning. Our host David, had a couple of friends over the night we stayed and even though it wasn't a big party we could hear people talking and going in and out of the washroom, which was enough noise to keep us up until 2am. The next day David mentioned it was a one time occurrence. The one big suggestion we have for him is to not have guests if you're planning to party at your place or at least mention it at the time of booking before accepting a reservation so the guest can know what to expect and decide if they want to stay there or not. Rosangela was very nice, she apologized for the late night incident and did everything that was in her hands to make the rest of our stay comfortable. They were very kind to let us keep our bags for 5 hours after check out as our flight wasn't until later in the day.

  Comments: Soba ki jo oddajata David in Rosangela je bila zelo prijetna in udobna. Stanovanje je bilo cisto in urejeno tako kot je potrebno. Stanovanje je imelo vse potrebne pripomocke za vsakdanja opravila. David in Rosangela sta bila zelo gostoljubna in vedno pripravljena pomagati ter podati kaksen nasvet. Poleg tega sta nam dala odlicne nasvete za par lokalnih restavracij ki jih je vredno obiskati. Stanovanje je na odlicni lokaciji saj je ne dalec stran od plaze in pa metroja, preko katerega se da hitro priti do centra mesta. Na koncu lahko zakljucim da je njun Airbnb odlicen in ga je vredno preizkusiti.

  Comments: Unfortunately our room was very cold because there was a crack in the window, and we only had two thin blankets on the bed. The bed didn’t have proper sheets or duvet. This property was also listed as a ‘B&B’ which was incorrect. B&B means bed and breakfast. On the positive this was a nice apartment with a metro station near by. The bathroom was also very clean!

  Comments: (mon séjour était du 27 au 31 janvier 2019) Attention car les couvertures ne font pas tout, l'appartement n'est pas équipé de chauffage ni même de radiateur d'appoint. Il n'y a que 2 ceintres adossés à la porte de la chambre et pas de commode de rangement, c'est assez ennuyeux. Très peu de pression d'eau sous la douche et pas de tapis de sol.... brrrrr, j'ai eu assez froid pendant ces trois jours.
