  Comments: We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment, very central and handy to Circular Quay, the Rocks area and the Sydney CBD. Communication with Jared and Ana (who met us on arrival) was very good. The apartment is accessible by lift, but there are a few steps up to the entrance of the building. The space is quite comfortable for a family or small group. There are a few minor quirks - e.g. the bathroom is rather small and water from the shower tends to spray onto the bathroom floor. There is a bit of street noise but that's to be expected in this very central location.

Even though it is clean and tidy, massive issues with construction noises in the building and also the bathroom. The washing machine and dryer is literally in the shower, so next to no room to fit. Also, shower drainage is blocked.

  Comments: The apartment is well located but be aware of the following: (i) there is a wash machine and a tumble drier in the shower which prevents the shower door from being closed; thus water splits all over the bathroom; (ii) there is no internet at all (even if Jared promises you that there will be one available by the time you check in; (iii) Jared is unreachable and unfriendly.

  Comments: This unit is very expensive for what it is, namely a small loft style apartment with no views. The unit has some cleaning issues, reported day 1, which have been ignored by the owner to date-not happy.

  Comments: Excellent location BUT the apartment is small and especially the toilet and shower. The term "cosy" is very optimistic when describing the shower which is VERY small and without even a curtain to cover the splash. At the time of our stay there were lots of consideration work outside including weekend. If coming with a car, parking is an issue. Maintenance is okay although the doorknob seems displaced and duktaped and also more kitchen appliances can be very helpful. Apartment was clean. Beds are okay, more on the hard side but it's a matter of preference. An extra set of keys can also be helpful. Location, as said, is second to none and Ana was very helpful!

  Comments: Jared's apartment is located in a great spot in close proximity to circular quay. The apartment is of reasonable size and easily fitted the two couples staying. Access to the building requires a security fob for the front door and key to the apartment. Unfortunately only 1 set of keys is provided which makes it incredible challenging if there are more than 2 people staying. I contacted Jarad early in the stay however he wasn't willing to provide the key. It is also worth noting that the bedrooms back onto a laneway with rubbish trucks coming past in the early hours of the morning (we stayed on a friday/sat night). I would suggest bringing ear plugs and eye shades as the outside street light does shine into the rooms. The apartment was reasonably clean and apart from the access issues, was great value.

  Comments: If you would prefer a place in Sydney to use as a base, this is it. Perfectly positioned amongst everything Sydney-ish. A good space to lightly relax with another couple after a concert or night out on the town. Maybe not a place you would chill in for a weekend to 'get away from it all'. Good beds, although light buffer to noise on Bridge St & George St, and air con in slightly larger room. Bathroom tricky to feel comfortable in, but clean, as for kitchen. Very reliable communication with check-in etc. Easy, has the basics for what you need and notes well communicated in explanatory information.

  Comments: Great Location near Circular Quay. Home was suppose to have WiFi but host said company was having problems so no WiFi during our stay. Washer Dryer is located in the shower. Washer discharges onto the shower floor. If shower is left on more that one minute, it overflows onto bathroom floor.

One thing should be mentioned is that the building is old and there is only one bathroom, so if more than 4 people live in there will be a problem. We had 6 people originally, but once we saw the apartment we booked a hotel suite immediately.

  Comments: Ana was lovely at the check in. The apartment is great, the only issue is with the toilet there is a washer and a dryer inside the shower which makes it super uncomfortable to have a shower. There is a temporary construction site next to the apartment that began working at 7am.

It was clean, modern and was in a nice building/neighbourhood. The only thing that is stopping me giving it 5 stars is the bathroom - the shower doesn't drain properly and is quite small as the washing machine/dryer are in there; the shower curtain isn't long enough so the bathroom floor gets very wet (but this is something easily fixed). Overall, would definitely recommend.

The noise from the street is very minimal even with the works going on it was quiet.   Comments: Fantastic location provided walking to Circular Quay, Opera House, dinning and shops. You definitely want to use public transit as parking is quite expensive in the area. Very clean and well styled apartment. We got some noise from the street through the large bedroom windows but nothing that kept us up all night. One key for the elevator for our group of 6 was slightly inconvenient but manageable.

  Comments: Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Circular Quay and 10 minutes to the Opera House with cafes and restaurants all over. 20 minutes to airport and Jared and Ana looked after our bags for the day so we could go round Sydney for the day. Cost $8 per bag - well worth it! They also arranged a lift to the airport. Very prompt and efficient. Apartment was comfortable and well- equipped. All good and will definitely stay again. However, the bath area was a little small for us and it gets choked quite easily. The owner should get this fixed quite easily. But other than that, everything was perfect.

  Comments: Had a relatively good stay at this airbnb, but could have been better. The best thing about it is the location. Location is everything when you travel, especially considering commute in Sydney is expensive. It's just about 10-15 walk to Circular Quay which leads you to other nearby tourist attractions. The apartment is very spacious. Lots of room to move around. I stayed with my family. We were 4 in total so the 2 bedrooms were good. It's nice they had a washer and dryer, although we didn't use them. Only issue was, the washer is hidden INSIDE the shower, meaning it took up half of its supposed space which made it so cramped and small. My parents are senior citizens so they had a hard time moving around. I honestly can't imagine a bigger man (Westerners/Europeans) being able to move around there comfortably as my parents are not that big to begin with. There were also a few stains on the sofa and carpet, but the rest of the area and furniture were clean.. Other than that our overall stay was good. Ana, our contact during our stay is great too. Kind and very responsive. However, we had some issues with the car service they offered. I'm not sure if this is an isolated case with the specific driver we were assigned to, but he was always late and he also got into an accident on our 3rd supposed pick up from him which made us have a hard time getting back very late at night. This accident also affected our airport transfer on our last day and we had not been notified sooner so we could hire another car service. OLA was suggested (an app like Uber that's supposedly cheaper) but we had a hard time getting a car the morning of our flight. In fear of missing our flight we had to get an Uber instead (good thing there was a car nearby) and it cost us A LOT of money. We just wish this could have been handled better...

  Comments: Great location. Flexible check-in which we appreciated. Pull out couch bed was made up perfectly when we arrived. The place is as in the photos, but feels quite plain when inside, bare minimum and nothing on the walls. If you're just using it for sleeping though I'm sure it would be fine. Needs more lights, not very well illuminated - not a big issue though. Best part is the location!!!

  Comments: OK value, great location but parking is a nightmare if you are staying during the week. We stayed on Monday afternoon and looked for a park. Wilson was $86 per day. We were going to be up for $86 x2. We thought quick and called a hotel with valet parking nearby that I have stayed at before and got it for $57 for two days with 24/7 access. If you are also going to turn up during the day in a car, don't expect anywhere near the building to park to off load your luggage. All streets are no parking in the area for a long way away. You will need to try find a loading zone and be very quick with your hazards on.

He manages quite a few properties across the world, so we did not get to meet him personally. We took the train and got off at Circular Quay and walked about 10 minutes with our luggage. It was a great jump off point to catch the cruise ships, the Royal Botanical Gardens, and the Sydney Opera House. Ana, the local agent, had a limited schedule, but dropped off our keys at the apartment and was very communicative throughout the check-in and check-out process. The room was fit to sleep 6 adults and was spacious enough for my family. The place did smell of disinfectant and the carpet showed some signs of wear. Keep in mind that you are in the city, so train and traffic noise will be part of the experience. We really enjoyed being in a centralised location. We would consider this place again for a future stay.

  Comments: This apartment is in the perfect location in Sydney: 5 mins walk to Circular Quay, Botanical Gardens and the Opera House. This was perfect for our short stay as we got to see a lot of Sydney in a short time and felt like we were right in the middle of everything. The flat is nice and clean and big enough for the five of us ( all adults) to comfortably sleep at night, maybe not so much for families with small children who want to spend a lot of time in the flat - but who would want that, it's Sydney and there's so much to see. Thanks for a great stay!

  Comments: The location is great as you can easily get to many points of interest. We were unlucky as there was a lot of construction work directly around the building the whole day and night during our stay. Jared gave us finally a refund for this, so we are okay with that. The apartment has not so much light as the pictures indicate but this is not a blocking point for visiting Sydney. Check In worked easily.
