  Comments: This is a great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighborhood a couple minutes outside of Williamsburg, my friend and I found it a great spot to return to after a day spent exploring Manhattan and Brooklyn. Samantha was a great host and the place is clean and welcoming. A train stop is about an 8 minute walk away which was very convenient. Stay here if you want calm and convenience.

  Comments: Very clean with a great bed! The host is so responsive to questions and truly warm and accessible. We were there during a freezing patch of winter and she took great care to find us accessible good meals. I'd return! Brooklyn is great! Felt safe!

  Comments: Our stay with Samantha and Dell was super fun and comfortable. Both are very friendly and really into making you feel at home. They gave us some great tips for local spots and answered every question we had with enthusiasm. Plus the adorable cats! Definitely would visit again, the location is great, the neighbourhood is filled with great bars, pubs and breakfast/brunch options, also L line takes you to Manhattan in no time, the walk is 10-15 min.

  Comments: My boyfriend and I had a great time at Samantha and Del’s appartement ! They were really welcoming and helpful. The appartement is beautiful and clean. The location is good : the metro station is « Graham avenue » on the L train - 10 minutes from Manhattan (it’s a 10 minutes walk from the appartement to reach the subway). We highly recommend this Airbnb !

  Comments: Samantha and Dell are very friendly and the place were super organized when we first arrived to the apartment ;) I was glad to find this amazing place to be called a second home in NY ever since I walked in, they made us feel so comfortable being around at their place, and they both were too nice to share their wine with me during our stays! I highly recommend this amazing home to anyone who is looking for stylish, affordable, walkable to any restaurants/shop, subway station is only nearby around no more than 10mins walk! there here is! You won’t be disappointed! They both are the nicest people you will ever meet in NY :)

  Comments: Could not have asked for better hosts anywhere. Samantha was so gracious and welcomed us with a glass of wine upon arrival (she also makes her own which is amazing, definitely try if you can). Dell is one of the most easy-going cool people you will ever meet. We really lucked out with this place, great neighborhood, easy access to the subway, a couple sweet kitty cats, and again just about the coolest & most gracious hosts you could expect to meet. Clean, well kept place, even access to the rooftop where Samantha has a small garden going. Wonderful experience!

The room itself was clean and very comfortable but she also made me feel that I was free to make myself at home and to use the kitchen and shared living room. Samantha was very easy and fun to talk with and her apartment is in a great location as a base for exploring. I highly recommend it!

Really glad we chose to stay Brooklyn side because there are so many great little cafes, restaurants and bars to discover close by. Super easy to stroll to the subway as well and cross over to Manhattan in less than 10 mins. Samantha and Del are brilliant hosts who make you feel right at home. Their rooftop is also a perfect place to enjoy the sunrise & sunset. Oh and they have 2 of the friendliest cats you’ll meet!

  Comments: I stayed at Samantha's place with my sister whilst we were visiting New York and we both really loved it. Samantha was super welcoming and gave us lots of tips on where to go in the area, the location is great, we walked into Williamsburg most days and loved the vibe there. The room was clean and comfortable and the apartment was lovely, the views from the rooftop were amazing, especially during sunset, it was such a wonderful stay, I would definitely come back when I visit New York again.

  Comments: Wow! What a cool place. Check in was a breeze and everything was absolutely spotless. And such a reasonable price for all this, combined with the 10-minute walk to the L train. And since we drove in, we were so pleasantly surprised at the abundance of free street parking. I would absolutely stay here again!

  Comments: Samantha was a great host, above my expectations. It was a really great experience. She provided us with decent accommodation in NYC, greeted with home-made wine, and nice conversations. Whenever we are around, her place will be the first on our list to stay :) It takes around 20 minutes to get to Manhattan from her place which is GREAT! Also, she has a terrace with an astonishing views over Manhattan's skyline!!!

My friend and I just needed a place to crash for the weekend but ended up having a great time getting to know Samantha and her partner Dell- both incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the room had plenty of privacy. There's good coffee shops nearby and metro was just a short walk away so it was a perfect home base for exploring the city. Would definitely stay again!
