  Comments: Мы останавливались в комнате у Кубилая на 3 дня,нам очень понравилось и комната и общение с ним.В квартире очень чисто и комфортно,много времени проводили в гостинной,хороший интернет и вобще расположение квартиры очень хорошее для передвижения по Стамбулу-рядом автобусы,10-15 минут до всех известных стамбульских мест.Отдельно про хозяина-очень дружелюбный и общительный,встретил нас рано утром,все показал и рассказал,каждое утро предлагал завтрак и чай, после отъезда помог нам с поселением в другую гостиницу,т.к. в ней никто не говорил по-английски)Будем рады встретиться опять и остановиться в его доме.Спасибо за радушный прием,Кубилай!)

  Comments: 이 숙소에서 일주일정도 머물렀네요. 숙소를 정할때 이것저것 꼼꼼히 따지지만 인터넷상으론 절대 알 수 없는게 주인은 어떤 사람일까 이잖아요. 아무리 좋은 시설의 숙소라도 주인이 별로라면 아무리 방안에만 있는다해도 마음이 편하지 않더라고요. Kubilay 는 게스트의 마음을 편하게 하는 법을 아는 사람이에요. 겸손하고 유쾌해서 대화를 나누어도 친구와 편하게 이야기 나누는 것 같았고 또. 혼자서 조용히 시간을 보내고 싶을때에도 그런 저를 배려해주었어요. 전반적으로 집도 깨끗하고 사진에 보이는 것처럼 방도 넓어서 지내는 동안 불편하지 않았고요 또 과일이나 커피등도 마음껏 먹었습니다. 저녁에는 Kubilay가 직접 전통차를 내려주기도 해서 차 마시며 밤 늦게까지 이야기하기도 했네요. 위치는 중심가하고는 조금 떨어져있어요. 버스타고 20분 정도 거리입니다. 보스 정류장은 집에서 멀지 않아요. 게다가 종점이라 중간에 내려야하느라 신경 곤두 세우는 일은 없습니다. 탁심이나 술탄에선 멀지만 이 곳도 쇼핑가와 먹거리길등이 있ㅇ요. 오히려 음식 가격은 중심가보다 훨씬 저렴해서 좋았네요 다시 머물고 싶을 만큼 좋은 곳이었습니다!!   Comments: Kubilay is a very welcoming and kind guy, I can easily recommend anyone to stay with him. Comfortable bed, nice room and nice flat. The location is in a non-touristy area, which is great for good, cheap food and a better experience of local life. There are also good transport connections to the rest of the city for when you want to do sightseeing.

I always know that no matter what when I go to Istanbul there is a warm welcoming Kubilay there always ready to do what ever to make your stay more pleasant.   Comments: I throughly enjoyed my stay with Kubilay. Although he wasn't there the first few days he stayed in touch and made sure that my stay in Istanbul was going smoothly, as well as having his friend meet us and show us the neighborhood etc. Kubilay is very sweet, trustworthy, friendly and good person to stay with. He is dedicated to making sure that your stay is as good as possible and extremely helpful. Makes for great conversation with a great vibe. I hope to return to Istanbul and when I do I'll stay with him once more!

  Comments: Its always great to return to my “second home”. Well, Kubi’s abode is always the perfect place to stay as not a single day you feel like a stranger renting at his place. He always makes you feel so welcome and treat you like his own family members. He will always be there for you in times of need during your entire stay in Istanbul. In addition to that, he has a great heart too as he also support me for my humanitarian work in Istanbul in donating brand new clothes for the refugees! Wow! Definitely a gret host to stay with... for my entire month stay in Istanbul!

  Comments: I was a bit afraid to go to Istambul alone, but thanks to Kubilay I enjoyed my stay there. He is very hospitable, sociable, always ready to answer any questions and give advice. The house is very spacious and warm, with all necessary equipment, and the atmosphere is so that I felt like at home) You will need about 30-40 minutes to go to the centre of Istambul by bus, keep it in mind when you plan your trip. But though it is a bit far from the centre, there are advantages too. The house is situated in the district for locals, not for tourists. So you can buy cheap food there. You can find locum for 6 lira/kilo, cheap nuts and other turkish delights. There are also local shops near the house with good quality cotton clothes, underwear, tights etc. Definitely recommend this host! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

  Comments: I stayed at Kubilay’s place for 7 days and it was everything as advertised. It is the best location and shortest walk to access the bus and metro and minibus . It is also very convenient to shopping, restaurants, . The location of the unit is incredible. My experience with the Kubilay’s was very responsive and helpful . He personally makes us breakfast every Saturday and Sunday . The bottom line is I received very good value for my money and Kubilay’s place will be my first choice on future trips to Istanbul .

  Comments: My room had a window that was against another building wall so the room didnt have almost any natural light which for me was kind of depressing. On the other hand Kabilay is extremely helpful and friendly, always there to give you a tip or advice on how to get somewhere around Istanbul. His grandmas strawberry jam and insistence of feeding his guests is very admirable ;) There is another room for second guest that has windows turned to an open street, so probably there is a sense to ask about which one is available.

  Comments: Hospitality at its best. Kubilay is very helpful and honest. A clean and safe environment. The kitchen is always stocked up and one can help oneself to whatever one wants. There are also jam and dried apricots from his mother who lives in a distant village. One can use the washing machine and iron. The bathroom has shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and shaving cream. One can sit and chat with him in the evening in the living room. From the beginning I felt as though I was visiting a close friend even though I’d never met him before. It was just like staying over at a friend except that he was more hospitable than many of my friends. He is very helpful with information regarding getting around Istanbul and Turkey especially if one is looking for inexpensive options. The neighbourhood has many shops. He really is a superhost and likes taking care of his guests. The WiFi and all the amenities were more than adequate for my needs. The location was convenient for me. He will be my first choice when visiting Istanbul again. Nic.

  Comments: This was my second stay at Kubi. I was happy he had another vacancy. We have become good friends and I can really recommend his hospitality and helpfulness. Some Ecuadoreans missed their flight home while I was there and their only language was Spanish. He was up into the very early hours of the morning helping them arrange another flight. This is just one small example of his helpfulness. Besides that there is always food in the fridge and kitchen and one is free to help oneself and rustle up breakfast or any other meal. There is a living room to relax in, and he’ll help plan your activities advising on transport options and better shops and restaurants, etc, and the bathroom is always clean and functional.
