  Comments: Courtney's place was perfect for my stay on Oahu! The location was great. Kailua is a gorgeous town with one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole world. Grocery store, cafe and restaurants right down the street. Courtney was very responsive and helpful. The place itself was very nice. Open layout, bright and clean. Plenty of space and nice kitchen. Comfy bed. Would stay again in a second. Everything was spectacular!

  Comments: We stayed at Courtney's place for 8 days while visiting Oahu on our honeymoon. We were destined to go to Puerto Rico initially but due to weather we had to reroute our trip last minute. Courtney quickly responded and helped us know how to enjoy the island by offering suggestions. Courtney and her family were exceptionally welcoming throughout our entire stay. This beautiful home was perfect and had everything we needed for our relaxing and eventful vacation. We were able to cook too! It was quiet and cozy with a great location near many beaches and places to eat. We would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future!

  Comments: We arrived to a spacious and clean unit. Check-in was easy-Courtney communicated quickly by text and was easily available. The pineapple and coffee were greatly appreciated. Central location makes travel easy. Stayed 2 weeks and even spent a weekend in Maui.

  Comments: Bright and spacious one bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was nice with amenities. Thank you for the coffee supply. Conveniently located and walkable to supermarket, restaurants and gas station. Nice sitting area in the backyard for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. Courtney was a great host.

  Comments: Courtney’s apartment is spacious and well equipped with easy access to both Lanikai Beach and Kailua. Bed was nice and comfy but the noise from the road was very disturbing for us both day and night - take some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The back yard could also have been a nicer place to hang out - as it was we didn’t spend much time there. Okay value for expensive Kailua.

  Comments: Courtney's place was super spacious. It's a home away from home with all the amenities you'll need. You get access to the washer/dryer/street park/huge backyard. We didn't interact much with Courtney other than checking-out but communication through Airbnb was super quick. The house is on one of the bigger street but rather quiet. About 10 min drive to Kailua beach.

  Comments: Courtney's place is just as listed. Spacious, separate entrance and private, but Courtney is available almost any time if you need anything. The location is great because it away from the tourist areas and easy to get to places on the island. It is on a busy street but it did not bother us at all. Plenty of street parking any time of day. Great value.

  Comments: We had a lovely stay in this home on Oahu. It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and have a (more or less) quiet retreat after days of exploring the island. Courtney’s place is extremely spacious, and having a kitchen was so nice - eating out constantly adds up fast! It was not the fanciest of Airbnb’s I have stayed in, but it was very comfortable and a very typical island home. It was so nice to be minutes from Kailua beach; we swam, snorkeled, kayaked to the Mokes, hiked all over the island, and explored many other places by car. Mahalo!

  Comments: Courtney was extremely communicative and very nice. The place felt a little bit older than the photographs portrayed. The space was large and it was nice having a full kitchen, but there were a couple ants here and there... so we made sure we sealed everything.

  Comments: Courtney's place was very spacious and comfortable. The cool tile floors are a welcome comfort from the warm temperatures and easy to keep clean as well. The kitchen area has plenty of room if you choose to cook and is even nicer than the pictures show. A huge master bedroom greets you and the extra bed in the living area is equally as comfortable. The split bathroom is a dream since my husband had one sink area and I had the other. Courtney's place is perfectly located for easy access to shops and restaurants, some within walking distance and equally easy access to routes to the rest of the island. Though she has a full life with her family she was always easy to contact and it felt more like you were staying with a close friend. In previous reviews road noise has been mentioned. We did not find it to be an annoyance and I think it might depend on how quiet your home environment is in comparison. I would definitely recommend her home and I'm sure your stay will be relaxing and as lovely as ours was.

  Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Courtney’s place. She and her family did their thing and we did ours. Everyone was polite when we saw them. Otherwise it was quiet. The road noise was an adjustment as the windows stay open. The breeze is too enjoyable not to have them open. There is plenty of space to relax. The rooms are open and simple. We had plenty of room to move around. The location was great to walk to McDonald’s or Starbucks or several other restaurants. Island Snow was a quick ride away. We would stay there again. We’d like to visit here again! 良かった点: ★どこへいくにも移動が便利 Whole Foods market, target, Kailua beachは全て10分程度で着きました! ★清潔で､おしゃれ 清掃が行き届いており､床もﾀｲﾙで涼しげでした! ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞもふかふかで気持ちが良かったです｡ ★広いｷｯﾁﾝ､大きな冷蔵庫 調味料も揃っており一通りの調理ができました! 注意点: ･甘いものを放置してると翌朝､蟻が群がっています｡(室内でも) 自分が悪いのですが､ﾚﾓﾈｰﾄﾞを飲んだｺｯﾌﾟを出しっぱなしにしていたら､蟻がぎっしり群がっていました(笑) 総じてとても満足度が高いです｡ 利用していませんが洗濯機もあるし､広いﾃﾗｽではBBQもできます｡ 次ｶｲﾙｱｴﾘｱを訪れる時は3泊以上したいです♪♪

  Comments: My friends and I stayed with Courtney during a recent visit to Kailua for a wedding. Courtney and I did not meet in person, but she was a welcoming and responsive host over messaging. The space had plenty of room for four adults, and we all enjoyed sitting on the patio mornings and evenings. Courtney’s place is close to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store—and a quick drive to Kailua Town. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to visiting again.

  Comments: 素敵なお部屋でした(╹◡╹)ﾎｽﾄさんは､いる時といない時がありましたが､会った時に洗濯機の使い方がわからなく英語も話せなかったですが､ｼﾞｪｽﾁｬｰでどうにかなり､まわしてくれました｡車も無料で停めれます｡近くにｽｰﾊﾟｰもあり､BBQができるﾊﾞﾙｺﾆｰがあるので自炊にもってこいです｡ ｸｰﾗｰなしなのが気になっていましたが風通しもよく､とっても涼しかったです｡ｶｲﾙｱﾋﾞｰﾁ ﾗﾆｶｲﾋﾞｰﾁにも近く､よかったですｷｯﾁﾝﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰが切れてましたが､ｷｯﾁﾝ用品もほぼあり､ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑはﾎﾞﾃﾞｨｿｰﾌﾟがなかったので､近くのｽｰﾊﾟｰで買いました｡ﾜｲｷｷとは違う気持ち良さを感じました( ◠‿◠ )ﾊﾜｲにまた行く時は､次もお願いしたいです!!

  Comments: We booked this place for three adults; 2 men and 1 female. We could not have beeen happier with the accommodations. Very clean and quiet. There are a lot of places to walk to which is helpful if without a car which was our case. Our stay was unique which was a crew to deliver a boat from Hawaii to California. But, if you are a family enjoying Kailua, this spot would be ideal. The highlights: Easy check in, clean and comfortable, close to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Comments: I sent a message a little over a month before arrival saying hi and that my family and I were excited to come to Hawaii and stay in their home for 3 nights in lanikai beach. I never got a response. Then I sent a message a couple days prior to arriving and still no response. Me, my wife and 2 year old daughter arrived in Hawaii at noon and as planned went to pick up our rental car. I then received a message from the property owner saying that there were plumbing issues in the home that she was unaware of. That was it. No options or anything just that and to feel free to call her. So I called and still no suggestions for alternatives other than we will try to get it fixed by tomorrow and a plumber was coming between 8-9am I gave the phone to my wife because I had to handle the rental car. Her husband got on the phone and said their are no other air bnb in lanikai beach. So we ended up getting a hotel in Waikiki hoping that I would receive a call in the morning. I also had a package delivered to the home so I had to drive out there and get it because it was on ice packs and could not sit too long outside. The next morning I checked my account for refund and still nothing and no word from them. I called air bnb at around 11 am and they said the reservation was still open and that they didn’t hear anything about the issue. So they called her and she told them that the issue was fixed and ready at normal check in which is 3pm. I was already supposed to be checked in the day before so i was confused on that statement. I already had to check out of my hotel and get a different hotel for the night so my family wasn’t stuck in a car in limbo. At this point I just wanted to be refunded as there was too much going on. Air bnb said they are refunding me for the 3 nights and it’s a bummer that we never got to stay in lanikai. The first part of our vacation definitely started rocky but we are still trying to enjoy the rest of our vactation. Thank you to air bnb for your help in this situation.

  Comments: 私たちは家族5人で3泊しましたが､立地が非常によく､可愛らしい内装で､お値段も安めでよいお宿です｡ ﾗｲﾁの木のある庭があり､子供たちは毎朝おもちゃの車に乗ったり､走り回ったりして遊んでいました｡ ﾀｵﾙがたくさんあり､助かりました｡ ｼｭﾉｰｹﾙをお借りして近くのﾗﾆｶｲﾋﾞｰﾁで泳ぎました｡ 洗濯機や乾燥機も無料で使わせてもらえたのは､ありがたかったです｡ 調味料も色々あり､自炊も楽にできました｡ 冷蔵庫の利きがあまり良くなかったように思います｡ 冷凍庫は大丈夫です｡ そして､甘いものの放置にはご注意ください｡ 蟻がたかります｡ お値段のわりに広々と清潔で素敵なお家でした｡ 素敵なお部屋をありがとうございました!

  Comments: Really nice calm place, Kailua reminds me of my home town lots off breakfast and coffee shops which is why we chose to stay here. But Courtney’s place was very close to everything. We mostly just used it to sleep and headed out the whole day. Overall great place very spacious!

  Comments: This place is perfect for a family in Oahu. You can walk to the first supermarket (Safeway), you only have to drive few miles to go to the first beach (Kailua, Lanakai). As Oahu is not a big island, we could visit and drive from this place easily. The house is comfy, spacious, we appreciated to use the laundry machine, the backyard, the snorkeling gear, ....etc. Everything you need, like in your house, is here! It's very clean. But above all, Courtney is super kind and help you right away if you need something. It's a safe neighborhood and no problem to park the car in front of the house.

Definitely a great value for popular Kailua, an easy walk to restaurants, stores, and a movie theater. A short drive to the beach also!

  Comments: The outside is pretty unremarkable but the apartment is very nice with a great kitchen, comfortable living area and a nice bedroom. We only had two adults staying there but you could easily accommodate another adult or several kids. The back sliding doors didn’t seem to close very well but we didn’t have any insect problems. I just wouldn’t trust leaving a lot of valuables there although we certainly had no issues. All in all a very comfortable stay and definitely a good value. Courtney, the host, was very responsive and kind and I have no doubt that she would have provided for any reasonable request.
