It is very illuminated and quite. There is also a sweet cat. Balcony, terrace, kitchen and living room. The days for this announcement I will be travelling so you will have total independency. It is a house neighbourhood, there are a few houses around, it is a very quiet zone. The house is in the mountain but quite near a metro station (10-15 min walking). There is also a bus station right near the house. You can go around walking, if you love nature and mountains you are at the right place! You will be at the beginning of the Collserola mountain. It is perfect if you rent a car. You can park for free in the sides of road. The living room TV has a fiber cable TV so you can enjoy a lot of channels

Neighborhood Overview: It is a house neighbourhood, there are a few houses around, it is a very quiet zone.

Notes: The living room TV has a fiber cable TV so you can enjoy a lot of channels without any issue. The living room TV is avaliable for everybody and is 50" with cable tv and USB ready. You can use the Dolce Gusto coffee machine and will give you some space in the fridge.

Transit: The house is in the mountain but quite near a metro station (10-15 min walking). There is also a bus station right near the house. You can go around walking, if you love nature and mountains you are at the right place! You will be at the beginning of the Collserola mountain. It is perfect if you rent a car. You can park for free in the sides of road.

House Rules: - From 23:00pm you should take care how loudly you are. - Keep the house clean. - Don't open the door to strangers. - Don't invite friends to the house. - Turn off the lights before leaving everyplace. - Don't break or stain anything (you will pay for it) and be careful with our things. - You can't smoke inside the house, (you can do it in the terrace or the balcony). ----- - A partir de las 23:00 hay que ser moderados con el ruido. - Apagar las luces antes de salir de cualquier estancia de la casa. - Mantener la casa limpia. - No abrir la puerta a desconocidos. - No invitar amigos a la casa. - No romper ni manchar los muebles de la casa (deberán pagar el importe si sucede). - Para fumar pueden salir a la terraza o al balcón.
