  Comments: This place was awesome! My wife and I had our 2-year old son there. Perfect for staying in Waikiki Beach; 1 block of asking to get to the main strip with all of the restaurants and shops as well as the beach! Quiet at night with very limited amounts of noise. Amenities at the condo complex were great for our needs: playground, pool and hot tub, as well as laundry, coffee shop, convenience store and snack shack beside the playground. Parking was easy with no hassles; building was friendly and felt welcoming. Host responded extremely quickly for when we had questions - literally within seconds.

  Comments: Amazing location, great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this unit again. The parking is easy, covered, and convenient (and very reasonably priced for Waikiki), there are tons of dining options nearby, the beach is a block away, and the heart of Waikiki is within minutes walking distance. Because it is on the east end of Waikiki, it is much easier to get in and out of this building than others we have stayed in on the western end. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay; plenty of linens, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and it was nice to be able to close off the doors to the bedroom area so everyone (we were a party of four) didn't have to go to bed at the same time. Huge balcony with ocean views and air conditioning were a plus! Lots of nice amenities in the building- pool, hot tub, laundry on every floor, front desk staff to answer questions, coffee shop, little mini mart. We highly recommend this unit and owner.

  Comments: Pros; -Affordable condo with a corner beach view -One block away from the beach -Certain amenities included -Nice balcony with some swimming noodles, chairs, etc (we didn't use, but looks useful) -Lockbox accessible -Lots of hangers -3 beds, (one pullout, two bed) -A foam topper -extra linen Cons; -Poor communication. Responses were slow and made us question our stay. -No clear details, had to email and mesage multiple times to get the room number, lockbox code, and directions for parking. -We found some magazines for tourist things to do and wifi password in the cabinets two days later, weren't in the open so we didn't know they were actually there. Had to find the router and enter it old school way. -Small knives only. So you can only do light cooking. Luckily we only needed a small knife for our watermelon. -One trash can in the kitchen, no extra bags or directions as to dispose. -Dirty shower with some stains and dents. -Not alot of room to move by the closet, beds took alot of room. -Bring your own condiments. No Black pepper, ketchup, etc just salt and sugar. -Wifi is very slow and may not work at times, not good for those doin work online.

  Comments: The unit was perfect for my relaxing vacation to Waikiki. The unit was very accurately described. The kitchen had pretty much everything to cook a basic meal. Plus a blender, toaster, and coffee maker, which was nice! Only a few short blocks to walk to the beach. The amenities at the condo were nice...such as pool and hot tub with a snack concession. Coffee shop and little grocery mart in the lobby were nice to have close by too. And the view was very nice. All in all, I would stay here again!

  Comments: The location was extremely convenient and our host was responsive with any questions we had throughout our trip. It was nice to have the option of parking in the building rather than searching for it on the street. It was exactly what we expected based on the photos provided in the listing.

  Comments: Location was good but a guest book about the area would have been a huge help. Having a kitchen was nice but there was no privacy since the door to the bedroom couldn’t be closed if you needed air conditioning. The place had a typical older beach property smell and bothered our allergies. The beds were comfortable
